Hmm, about myself. Well, I'm sixteen years young and for my young age I've been through quite a lot. I can relate to many different people. Giving advice is one of three things I'm very good at. I'm a Junior in high school and i love being with people. I'm the drum major at my high school for marching band, and a starter on our varsity softball team. I hope to be a psychologist when I'm older, so I really enjoy giving advice. Ask me anything and i'll do my best to help :)

Well, i love going clubbing. At the club I go to, all we do is dance. The club is all techno music and its so much fun. Every friday night is a teen night, so that's when i go, obviously. But they give you a wrist band. At the club, at a different part, there's a bar, but you have to be twenty one with ID to go in there. There's no alcohol in the club part. Really, its just a lot of fun.

ok so im a dood (obviously) im 17 and i skateboard alot and snowboard too i love metal and hiphop and to be honest i dont think theres a Homosexual strand in me (i'd just like to say now that if anything offends anyone i honestly do not mean it in the way that it seems unless i make it block clear i do NOT hate gays and lesbians i have a couple of freinds who are)
now then... i am the only guy in a class of girls and have been for a year now. all of them have boyfreinds and i am single and have been for a loong time.. at one point or another everyone of them have said "my god i swear your gay *Followd by a chuckle*" i dont get mad or anything i know thier joking but recently its been getting silly... i work for Asda on thier Home shopping and recently they have employed a few people on for seasonal summer work. theres a sweet Thai girl around my age who's basically asked me if i was gay. i asked her why does she think im gay (after telling her the story of the girls in my class) and she said its cos' your pretty.
I AM NOT PRETTY!! AAAAGGHHH >:( i dont think i am at least. i mean there are times were i ACT a little fruity to get a laugh an a half from everyone because i play on them all thinking im gay but thats very rare that i do that. hmm, im gettin a bit frustrated thinking about it because my second question is
2.) is it because of this that i havent got a girl freind?? i havent had one in a very long time and its starting to bite me in the ass a little now because i get lonely in class thinking they ALL have someone.. :( is it because of this that i am a complete turn off to girls? is it that they would rather have me as a freind? dont get me wrong i would rather be with the girls in my class sometimes because theyre all great fun to be around. i dont fancy any of them im not obbsessed with sex, i'm more interestedon what thier thoughts are and i mean it. i'v been told by all of them that im not like the other guys but is it because ime "gay" or because im so nice... im casual no worries most of the time i play guitar skate snowboard i have a bunch of stuff i love to do besides sit on the pc for a bit. i might have trailed of the point a bit so ile shut it now.. thanks for responses. Hahahaha, Don't feel bad, there are many more. My best friend is like this. He doesn't have a girlfriend, but he's friends with a lot of girls. He sometimes helps out a florist, so everyone thinks he's gay. My advice to you would be Don't worry what everyone says. Granted, it will prolly get on your nerves, but just have faith that you'll find this one girl who will blow you away and not care that everyone thinks you're gay. Hold tight, you're only in high school. And any girl would rather have a guy that was really interested in what they think rather than interested in sex. so, you're up one point :)

I always hear from people that high school is supposed to be the best time of your life. That this is the time when you find yourself. Well, I haven't exactly found myself yet, which is alright I suppose since I'm just going into sophomore year.
But I am a little worried. I've reached a point due to a horrible first year of high school where I just don't care about who likes me or if I have friends.
Basically the only thing I'm counting on to get me through this hellhole called school is that college, marriage, and kids will be better.
But I just don't want to regret twenty years down the road that my high school experience sucked. Then what do I tell my kids? "Oh yes don't worry! You'll be fine in high school!"
I hear my parents tell me stories about how their high school years were and I sort of feel like a failure at life.
So my question is, is high school really the best time of your life? Are there any adults that could maybe share what they thought were the best years? (And I'm NOT going to rate you low if you tell me that yes, high school is the best. I want honesty and I can take it.)

Well, I personally believe that they aren't the best years of your life. I'm going into my junior year of high school, and quite frankly, i'm glad i'm almost done.
I think the best years of school are always going to be K through third. Those were mine. But ones that you'll really remember, will probably be college.
A lot of stuff that happens in high school you may not remember. For example, "Oh my god you'll never guess what so and so did."
A lot of high school is like that. Though, a lot of high school you will remember. Like if you were in a sport, you'll remember your team and the people who leave you and who you leave. If you're in the band. They all can become like family.
But, majority of the time you don't stay friends with them after high school is over. More people usually stay friends with their college friends.
And twenty years from now when you're kids ask about high school, tell them the truth. Say that you didn't have the best high school experience, but they might.
I will say that high school is about taking chances. Tell them that. And remind yourself that. Maybe you will find yourself,just take some chances.

my boyfriend now is still friends with his ex girlfriend he dated for a little over a year. he does small little errins for her, and texts her alot. he has her name tattooed on his arm...

Well, if it bothers you, talk to him. But, don't push him too far. My best guy friend is my ex boyfriend. We hang out all the time and I tell him everything. He still has feelings for me, but i don't have any for him. My girlfriend now can push me too far when it comes to him. Don't make it seem like you don't trust him, because pushing too hard can seem like that. Sit him down and talk about it.

Hi I found out about 3 years ago that my friends parents parents both smoke weed. They dont do it around me or my friend they do it in there room, so were not around it, and they both are good parents, they both work and have a house of there own and there very responsible people, and I still have that thought in my mind that they both do it, and my my friends mom knnows I know about it and she tells me not to talk about it. what should my friend jasmin do? Well, its true, a lot of parents smoke weed. My friend smokes with his parents. Some people are fine with that. My mother use to smoke and it bothered me alot. If Jasmin feels bothered by it, she needs to confront her parents about it. If her parents get caught, she could be taken away. She needs to find all of these points.

Well, think of it this way, someone has it worse.
I have a gay brother, and girl, he is wayyyy worse than a girl. My brother is two and a half years older than me but throws temper tantrums like he's three. But really, he's 18. When he's pmsing, our house is the war front. We were both in the band, and he was band president, so everyone was like.."Oh kevin's so amazing." He put on a fake front with a lot of people at school, making it seem like he was amazing. He's not. He tried to black mail me too, but i caught him in stuff and i though about things we did when we were younger, and if you think of the right things, they become your best friend. Dig up some dirt on your sister. it really helps. Or, just wait till she goes to college. It gets quieter.

i feel like i'm a horrible friend to my best friend. we have a long distance friendship since i live in new york and she lives in california. whenever we talk on the phone, i always end up saying negative things to her like, "oh i'm not really your best friend," or "you don't really miss me"...stuff like that..most of the time i don't mean it and i know it's not true, but i dont know why i keep saying stupid things like that. i feel like it's because i'm jealous of her other friend who lives in cali with her. i feel like they're much closer now and that her other friend is her best friend and not me. i also think it’s because sometimes she says things that hurt me also, but she doesn’t realize it or thinks im being too sensitive about it, so i feel like i have to get even by trying to hurt her also. i also feel like i always need reassurance that we'll always be friends from her because i feel like one day i might lose her. sometimes i tell her how i feel and why i act that way because she always asks "what's wrong with you?" when i do act that way. and i try to explain, but it seems like she doesn't really care or try to understand how i feel. i just feel so horrible that i always say those things, and i do apologize to her all the time and she always says it's okay and stuff. but i still feel so terrible about it and i can't seem to just stop myself from saying things like that. it didn’t used to be like this before. i don’t know why things just changed all of a sudden. i think it’s because of me though. is there anything else i can try to do?

I know how you feel. My very best friend lives in massachusetts and i live in pennsylvania. Sometimes it gets really hard because you can't be there with them doing things that best friends do together. It gets even harder when you hear stories about them doing things with their other friends who live near them. Maybe you say these things because in your mind you don't want her to worry about you because of the distance, that you're a burden. You should write her a letter or email because sometimes reading what someone has to say can hit you more than telling someone. You should tell her that you don't mean those things in that letter and anything else you're feeling. I wrote my best friend a letter, and it really hit home. So, try it out, It may help. :)
