I bet it might be razor burn or ingrown hairs.
Start using a new razor and new shaving cream. Make sure to shave down. Start putting lotion on your legs after you shave.

It's really hard for you to tell, for sure. Most girls play with their hair or hands, and won't look at you in the eyes while their lying.

Tans do fade through time. Stay OUT of the sun since I see you don't want any tan. Til the tan you have now fades I think you should get a spray tan.

Play LOUD music, All night long. Have a dance contest. :-) Food and drinks always helps. After all the dancing gets down, Watch scary movies. Cuddle with your crushes. Ummm!

i have a skin condition called vitiligo, which is when you have blotchy spots on your skin where there is no pigment. they cannot tan, so when summer comes and my body is tan, those spots remain white as can be. does anyone know of any lotions or creams that blend skin tones together..and that isnt terribly expensive? and does anyone know of any really good sunless tanner lotions/creams that aren't too expensive?Thanks a bunch everyone! Yeah, Jergens Natural Glow is pretty good. They have it for fair or medium skin tones. It is about $4.44 at Wal-Mart.

You totally need to let him know. You never know he might have feelings for you. Still keep in mind High School has older guys and you will have tons of options there.

Sometimes I feel like the guys our age are so immature. I can honestly say I'm not the prettiest girl in my school, but is that really all that counts nowadays? Some of the girls that the guys I know go out with are dimwits who can't tell the difference between 1 and 2 and still the guys fall for them because they have looks. Sometimes I feel like working for the grades just aren't worth it even though I know they are. What do you think? (link)

Well girls mature waaay faster then guys do. It's true, Guys do go for looks (well some). Though it really doesn't matter. You will meet a guy someday. Just get good grades in school and work hard on that. I mean you could go on to college. What would those girls have then?
