Ive had my period for almost a year now and basically im sick of pads. They are soo annoying and I dont think they work very well. The problem is im afraid of tampons. Do they hurt? This is really embarrassing but Im afraid ill hurt myself and I dont know how to put them in. I looked at the instructions but they seem soo confusing. How do you without hurting yourself and I was wonderring which is better tampons or pads?
Trust me, they are much more convenient, dependable & sanitary. No, they do not hurt. If you insert them correctly, you'll hardly feel them & eventually not feel them at all. The only advice I can give you is to buy a box of Tampax Pearl tampons & practice. Find the right angle & you'll have it down in no time. Not a big deal. :)

Revenge is usually immature, especially in this kind of situation. Why not continue with your daily life as if he had no affect on you at all? He wants to bring you down & he wants the attention. Don't give it to him & show him he means absolutely nothing to you.

If you are old enough, rent a porn video. Even if porn is not your thing, it can be very educational as far as positions & different techniques. You can also purchase sexual games, toys & books/guides @ Spencer's or any sex shop. If you are too young, ask your friends for any tips or advice they may have. Or just sit down with your boyfriend & ask him what his fantasies are & go from there. Good luck! :)

No, it's not being greedy. He asked for your suggestions & you gave him one. He clearly has a desire to improve things in the bedroom & if there's something that you're missing, you should be able to talk to him about it. Instead of bluntly saying everything you want from him, compliment him & tell him you love it when he does this or does that. (Or does this & that at the same time.) He wants to please you, so I'm sure he'll find a way to do both or switch off. To make it fair, ask him if there's anything he'd like for YOU to do. :)

There's nothing to do in Texas? Ha, I used to live there for 13 years & I can tell you there's plenty to do! I'm from San Antonio & two places you can visit there are the ALAMO & the Riverwalk (downtown.) Or just downtown San Antonio in general. You can also visit the capital in Austin. Try searching a travel/tourist site for other locations since I'm not sure which city you plan on visiting. :)

No, it's impossible for a doctor to look at you & be able to tell what you've done sexually. Unless they find an STD, they can't tell whether or not you're participating in any sexual activity to begin with.

Geez, I can't believe guys that age talk like that. I can say that: a majority of guys are immature all the way through junior high & high school. Don't ever bother with anyone who has that kind of mentality. Not all guys are like that, I promise! There are guys out there who will respect you for who you are & don't expect you to put out. I'm going to be quite blunt & get to the point. You aren't ready. How would I know? Being ready to have sex is being ready to deal with the consequences that may come after. & in today's society, no one at 13 is ready to be a mommy. Even if you use a condom, it doesn't guarantee you 100% protection. I can't even imagine losing my virginity at 13. When I was 13, sex was something we discussed, but nothing we acted upon. It's sad to see people this young are actually considering doing something that should be shared later on in life. You're still young & you should enjoy being 13. Don't worry about these kinds of things till you're physically & mentally mature enough. I was 13 once. I know sex may seem something you're "ready" for now, but later on you'll regret it.
so basically i got out of this relationship with this guy i was in love with i lost my virginity to him and everything. I can first say that it's completely normal to feel a little awkward after getting out of a [what seemed to be] serious relationship. Moving on isn't going to be easy & commitment to someone new might be a little scary. From what you said, you don't seem to know what you want or you're just not ready to jump into another relationship. & that's completely okay! If you are nervous this guy is going to ask you out, just let him know ahead of time that you aren't looking for a relationship right now. But why is it that you're not interested in him anymore? Is it the fear that things just might work out? Is it because you're scared to be happy & have a chance with love again? Or is it because you enjoy going after what you can't have & when you do have a chance with it, you don't want it anymore? Sometimes I think it's great to trust your first instinct. If you have no solid reason for a change of feelings (besides that there are plenty better looking guys in this world), give it a try. I know I did & I'm very happy with the relationship I am in now. Of course there are gonna be other guys who are more physically attractive. But if you like this guy for his personality, then that's all that should matter. Figure out what you want in a relationship. If he can offer what you want, take a chance. Since you're only going to be 14, your options are very limited. The only places I can see is: a grocery store or a restaurant. Most places hire 16..15 if you're lucky. But when you're 14, your only other choices are babysitting & housesitting. But if you're really desperate for immediate cash, try going through your closet for gently used clothes, shoes, & other items that you don't wear or use anymore. You can either bring them into a secondhand store in exchange for cash, or put them up on ebay. (To use Ebay, you'll need a parent or anyone 18+ to make you an account.)

Agree to BOTH get tested so they aren't being singled out & can BOTH feel safe before sharing something intimiate. Tell them you care about your health (& his/her) as well & want to be safe. I can't understand anyone going against that.

Definitely. These days, it's becoming more "acceptable" for girls to ask guys. Guys usually like a girl who'll make the first move move anyway because it takes off any pressure on them. I'm sure there's a time or day out of your week within both of your schedules when you can both hang out. Just figure that out & go for it. :)

Yes, you can still have sex, but always wear protection. Just because you don't have your period yet, doesn't mean you are guaranteed absolutely no chance of getting pregnant.

Guy who are just starting to experience those sexual things will be typically be turned on faster & won't "last" as long. Getting him arroused & hurting him won't really be an issue. Just make him feel comfortable to make it more enjoyable for the both of you.
Okay so me & my boyfriend had sex last weekend (2-17-07 to be exact) and right in the middle of it the condom popped. As soon as it popped he threw it away and got a new one and it also popped before he came. Your stomach could be hurting for a number of reasons. & if you were pregnant, you wouldn't have an increased appetite in less than a week. The itching could be a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection), which is not uncommon to get from sex. I'd suggest scheduling an appointment with your doctor/gynecologist just to be sure & get treatment if it turns out to be one. There's always a chance you can be pregnant - whether he ejaculates or not. I cannot tell you if you're pregnant or not. The best solution would have been to visit Planned Parenthood to get the morning after pill (effective 72 hrs after sex.) But since it's too late for that, you have no other options at this time other than to wait for your period & take a pregnancy test. If you continue to be sexually active, I suggest using a condom AND getting on the birth control pill (schedule an appointment with your local Planned Parenthood, plannedparenthood.org). That way, if this situation ever happens again, atleast you'll have a backup form of protection.
