It usually says on the box how often to change it, but it depends on how heavy your flow is and what kind of tampon they are. If their those light flow ones, every 3 hours I would say, if their the heavy flow ones or super absorbent, about every 7. Depending on your flow if your light or heavy. Check on the box though, and if this didnt help, ask someoe else. =(

Well, you can go to the salon and have them stip your hair. Thats the only way that I know of, but it ruins your hair and makes it dry, but if you do decide to do that just get revitalizing shampoo so your hair will become healthy again.

Lol, aw. Well when I got my tonsils removed they gave me laughing gas and they put a mask on your face and tell you to count backwards from 100, you only get to about 98, and when your counting down you inhale the gas, and it knocks you out. Thats pretty much all that happens, you cant feel a thing and you wake up about an hour or two after the operation or work or whatever is done.

Ive never had a friend that had to come out before, but from what I've read and heard, its better to come out and admit these things, instead of living a lie, but also I've heard that its very crucial in high school and sometimes if you admit it during high school you could get made fun of for it.
