Hey! Sorry it took so loing for me to answer, i usually check this alot but lately I've been soo busy. Anyways, hm. It usually says on the box how often to change it, but it depends on how heavy your flow is and what kind of tampon they are. If their those light flow ones, every 3 hours I would say, if their the heavy flow ones or super absorbent, about every 7. Depending on your flow if your light or heavy. Check on the box though, and if this didnt help, ask someoe else. =(
