i don't really understand your question, because you don't ask WHY you have to drink, but I will try to answer as best as I can.
I wouldn't overload on the green tea, just drink as much as you feel like.
I usually have 2-3 cups a day, especially one when I wake up & one right before I goto bed, so I can relax.

Ok, so I have been dating this guy for a while now and I really do love him. Like I have thought I was in love before, but realized I have never loved anyone the way I love my boyfriend now. I think about this everyday now. He really is my everything. I guess that my problem is I find myself thinking of the future too much, if he proposes. And when I think of this, I become really quiet and he knows what is running through my head. It makes him sad a little just because I am so quiet when I think.
