i don't really understand your question, because you don't ask WHY you have to drink, but I will try to answer as best as I can.
I wouldn't overload on the green tea, just drink as much as you feel like.
I usually have 2-3 cups a day, especially one when I wake up & one right before I goto bed, so I can relax.
