sometimes when i pop my pimples, they turn into dark spots. some of the dark spots last for like a couple of weeks, but others seem like they're permanent.
i'm currently using neutrogena vicibly even moisturize wit spf 15 and neutrogena acne mark peel, but they dont seem to be working well...
is there anything i can do or buy that will help me get rid of the dark spots faster?
oh and also, are they permanent???

heyy .. the dark spots are scars but i dont think they are permanant because my cousin had them and she used proactiv and it got the scars to go away and another thing is you shouldnt pop your own pimples because chances are you arent popping them the right way and that is what is causing the scars to appear on your face another thing i use that is really good and prevents that from happening is clean and clear they have a few scrubs and other sutff like that that is good for pimples another thing you can do is go to elizabeth grady and get a facial during the facial they pop your pimples and they way that they do it you will not get any dark scars

Today when I went onto my DDR game on Playstation 2, everything was going fine and dandy until the load screen popped up and said "System Data Corrupted: Cancel Load?" What does this mean? Does it mean all of the DDR stuff on my memory card is gone? If not, how do I fix it? Please help me! (link)

heyy .. my brother had this same problem and what you did was took the memory card or shut the system off while the memory card was saving your game sorry to say but all my brothers memory was lost so yours might be as well

I am going out with this guy who is in 9th grade and i am in 7th. I only get to see him on sundays, wednesdays, and sumtimes on friday and saturdays. I call him everyday but he never calls me. heyy .. invite him to the movies with you and your friend and her boyfriend and make a move on him that shows you arent prude with your friends sit in the back row and hold his hand and then climb on top of him and start making out with him and that will show him that you are not prude and then he will make the moves on you more often

heyy .. okay ask one of your girls and her boyfriend to go to the movied with you and then invite the boy that you want to kiss there and all four of you will go together sit in the last row and sit next to him at the movies and reach for his hand hold his hand for a few minutes and then whisper in his ear i think your hot and then just turn away and see what happens he will probably want to kiss you if he doesnt wanna make the 1st kissing move then just get on him in the chair and start making out with him

i have formal in ONE month..i need to loosed 10 pounds.. im 14/f .. i work out daily.. but NOTHING seems to be working.i need something simple that would help me loose it on a normal everyday life.. should i eat less carbs or something? how much a day should i consume? what should i eat for breakfest/lunch/dinner ?

heyy .. you could try joining curves or wieght watchers for extreme dieting but if you dont want to be decicated like that then just count your calories each day a person should concume only 1,000 calories a day maximum for breakfast you should eat the ceral special k i eat it and its good for lunch you should have a salad with lo-fat crutons and salad dressing for dinner you could have weight watchers smart ones you can get them at the super market like shows market basket or stop and shop they are good also and for drinking wise drink water

Ok, i have a crush on this guy in highschool, hes a freshman...im in 7th grade. For our town, its not a big deal to do that(just letting you know.) I only met him once and it was at a show. heyy .. i used to be like this but i turned myself around what you can do is ask your teacher for some help and tell her that you will make up the assignments that you missed or you can also ask her for some extra credit assignments to bring u your grade after you have complteted all the missing assignments and if you listen to music while you do your homework do not continue doing that it distracts you
