after you pop them put a warm compress on them. that should help. for about 3 min.

I made out with my boyfriend last night and my older brother walked in on us (we were in my room with the door locked but my bro just has to stick a penny in the door too twist it.. if you know how those work yeah)... He came in and got really really pissed and started yelling at my bf (which made him leave), My brother had me in tears, he acted like he was my parents he was yelling at me and everything... I mean all we were doing was making out just sitting there not even laying down or anything. Im 14 and hes 17 but he was sooooooo mean and he told my parents so now im grounded for a frigin MONTH!!! I was so pissed at my brother and he said he didnt want me too turn into a slut (wth all we did was makeout) So this morning he was in the living room and he told me my bf called and my bro told him he wasnt allowed to call my house anymore... WHY IS he taking this so out of proportion.. I started crying again so i told him i hated him and that i wished he would die and burn in hell... :( That got me grounded for even longer but i didnt mean it :( Ive tried apologizing and he wont listen too me. Does anybody know how i could apologize too him and handle this whole situation all together because if not i could lose my BF.. because hes not allowed over here and my parents say i cant see him :(. thats how older brothers act.. they dont want their 'little' sister to grow all up. i would talk to him. tell him thank you for caring about you, and you know your limits. you will not go farther then you want.. and your boyfriend knows that as well. then talk to your parents. tell them that you are responsible, and that you know your limits. you are 14, and you are growing up. and that you guys were only making out. tell them that you werent forced to do it .. and you believe that that was the right time for it to happen.
and tell them that you accept your punishment, but you dont think its very fair that you cant see him when you are un-grounded.
you are growing up, and they need to accept this.. maybe you can act really responible around the house, so they can see you are growing up.

do you wear contacts or glasses? your headache could be caused by them.
or they could be caused by stress, focusing to hard, or neck/back problems.
think about what time of the day you get them the most, and what you are doing .. then go to your doctor.. and tell them. I get horrible headaches around __. i get them __ many times a week. and i am usually doing ___ or it is after i do ___.
but for now what you can do to help is, take out your contacts and take off your glasses (if you have them) take 2 advil liquid pills. and then lay down with a cold wet wash cloth over your forhead for about 20 min..
it helps a lot!
i found out my headaches are caused by my eye sight and neck and back problems.
i would talk to your doctor about them next time you go in

i was wondering if anyone could tell me about how much it would cost me to redo my room.
it is curently light purple and i want to repaint it prob orange or anyother bright color like that(room 12x12). i also want to buy a new conforter, sheets, bed skirt and those things you hang on your windows(not blinds). im prob going to get the bed stuff(twin bed) from either pbteen kohls or a place like that. doesnt anyone have a ruff idea on how much that would cost me. please dont say depends on what i get. i just want an estimate. i would also like shipping included in the estimate because im prob gonna buy it online. well its not cheap at PBteens.. i got my new stuff there .. a twin bed, desk, and dresser . it was a lot.. over 600$.. then paint.. thats not cheap either.. i think it was around 50$.. then the bed stuff.. its around 75? if you get a really cheap one (targets got cheap, cute stuff) and i am not sure what you want over your windows.. so it will cost over 1,000 $.

ok well im going to a pool party tomorrow at like 1 pm and its 9 pm now. so im 5 feet tall and a wopping 93pounds- i gained some wait over the summer. and so i have some binkinis but my fat rolls over them but i also have a 2 peice that covers my fat. the people going to the party are all major popular so should i wear the bikini or the other 2peice

bikini .. because.. you are 5 feet and only 93 pounds .. that sounds pretty good to me.
you might think that you're fat.. only because you've gained some weight. just eat good from now and then .. no acid foods. not to much dairy . so you dont get bloated.
but as long as you are having a good time.. i dont think anyone will talk about you being 'fat'

Do you wear bras with your bat mitzvah dress? What kind? I'll describe my dress...
It's not a gown really. Gowns sort of hold it in for you but mine doesn't. It has spaghetti straps and the body is sort of "scrunched". At the waist starts the skirty part. It's sheer and stops at my calves. The under layer stops at my knees. (not that you needed to know)

get a strapless white .. if your dress is white
get a skin colored if it is colored, or brown
and then get a black on if its black.

i looks like the cut she has is all one legnth .. maybe a few layers down at the bottom and its angled into her face.
it does look like she has straight hair.. but yo dont need straight hair to do it.

Ok, so it is the first day of school today and I didn't get to go because i got my wisdom teeth out on monday and so now i am swelled up very big and i can not even close my mouth. i was wondering how to make the swelling go down, and do not say ice because the doctor told me no ice after the first day. i know pretty strange huh? well i really want to go to school tomorrow and see all my friends and meet my teachers. so any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance :D (link)

well that is really really stupid. why no ice? i think you should call and ask him why because when my sister got it done she was supposed to put ice on for a week. so i would most deff. call him and ask him why you cant put ice on it .. and if that means no 'icey' packs.. you know the ones that stay cold for 12 hours.
you can take motrin .. every 4 hours, and that will take down the pain and swelling.
