For the last week or two I've been going to bed at 10 or 11 PM, as I always do. But for some reason I can't fall asleep until 3 or 4 or 5 AM. I've stayed home from school 3 or 4 days now because I can't stop falling asleep during the day. It's DRIVING ME CRAZY!!! I haven't been eating or drinking anything with caffeiene in it, I go to bed at like the exact same time every night and set my alarm for the exact same time every day, I set aside at least 8 hours to sleep, I'm eating really healthy and getting enough excercise...what's wrong with me???
Take some NyQuil or something before you go to bed for a few days so you get back on your regular sleep schedule. If you're having problems after that you should see a doctor.

Hey does anyone know if ddr (dance dance revolution) is just for Play station/Xbox? like is it for gamecube or any others? And is their any type of DDR that you can just buy and hook up as like a game on a DVD cuz I only have gamecube and last time i checked it wasnt for gamecube and i dont want to buy a playstation! so i've decided to make my science project about the fuel cell car research, which is basically about using hydrogen as fuel for cars. problem is, i don't know what to do about it. like, you know, for science fair projects, we have to have a problem, then yu have to solve the problem using an experiment. well, i need a problem. i really wanna do this project because i think it's perfect with what's happening in our country - raise of gas prices - and it would be cool to have a project that will show a way to reduce the use of gas, and to save money. so here as are some sites about the fuel cell car research:

Overall, fuel cells are worse than gas, because it take more energy to separate hydrogen than using gas. Where does the energy to do that come from? Fossil fuel power plants. A good problem would be "are H fuel cells really the future of power"

ok im doin this art homework i hav and all i hav to do is draw 5 drawings with "value" in it. the problem is i don't get wat value is. my teacher showed me some examples of wat people drew and all i saw were people and faces but lookin in a sort of anime art style(with the really cool detailed eyes and hair)and i don't get wat value is. is it the shading or darkness of the color of somethin like that? any websites that have drawing like that might be helpful for me to understand and might help me come up wit an idea because im not really creative at all and i stink at art.
value is how light or dark something is. I suppose something with a lot of value would have a lot of contrast and shading.

Last time I went to the Psychiatrist he said I had insomnia and depression so he put me on Prozac and Seroquel and I stopped taking both because I was running out and I had no Health insurance to get any more..(I finally got the insurance now Im just waiting on the doctor list) Well the problem I have is I started taking the prozac again but I dont take it regularly b/c i tend to forget. I feel like I have no energy and I am always really exhausted no matter how much rest I actually get. But I cant seem to sleep....What the h♥♥♥ is wrong with me? Am I fatigued???
depression can cause insomnia. Excersize can help. Never sleep more than 9 hours at once, it can make you more tired.
