okay, i cut myself like 3 times and i dont anymore. i never had a problem with it i just did it a few times. at cheerleading practice i base and my arms get skin burn from my flyers shirt and then my scars are visible. i was over a year ago since i cut and you cant see it but when my arms get red they show. what can i do?
same prob. here. i base and everything what i would have to do was get mederma. its a scar treatment that makes your scars less noticable. and mine acually WENT AWAY from it. it rocks.

I am just wondering if anyone else has this problem. For about the past month or so, I have not been able to fall asleep before the hours of 1:00 and 2:00 in the morning. Sometimes even later. I have a 9:00 class on MWF so this sleep schedule makes it very difficult for me to get up in the mornings. However, no matter what time I wake up in the morning, I'm unable to fall asleep at an early time. I could sleep about 5 hours total and not be able to fall asleep until 1am that next night. I don't normally take naps, I'm awake, tired & groggy all day up until 8 or 9 at night..then I'm wide-awake.
How does a person deal with this? Its like I have to completely exhaust myself before I can finally fall asleep.
try using tylenoyl or advil PM ;there both non-dependant. and i used to use them take them about an hour ahead and dont jsut sit around and wait to get tired from it. drink MILK with it. and read a book or something..

ok well ive decided to go tanning for the very first time you see im not the type of girl that would normally do this but its something i want to do but the only problem is i have no idea how to like i know you have to wear something like a bathing suit but how do you adjust the temperature? and how do you know when its done? the lady told me there was two options but i forget the names of both how do i get a nice tan with out turning orange and without coming out the same i was before?? help!!!
when you go in the place and you pay and stuff ask the person working there how to use the tanning beds. theres also a "mystic tan" which is a spray. i jsut had one. heres my advice. get one of those they do NOT come out orange however do not shower for i think 2 hours after. then shower. make sure you do or you WILL turn orange.

ok. now i havent seen saw 3 but i saw a little of it. but in the saw 2 not much goryness happens. lol. on a scale of one to ten id say maybee at most a three i remember there was one part at the end i wanted to like throw up on ;the guy cuts some of his skin off the back of his neck :/ and in the saw 3 i saw part of the beginning. from what i was it was unbelivebly gory. the guy had to like rip his foot off. and wow. insanee. lol. sorry i cant rate this one as i havent seen the whole movie but like a seven on what i have seen.
Wich is a good program to convert videos to add them later on on the Ipod. And then how do you do it?
I used the Itunes program, it was converting for like...ever!!!lolz and then I couldn t find the converted files anywhere, neither could I add the videos to the Ipod.

-plug it in into the usb place on yur computer
-go to My Computer on your computer (the file)
-look for the name of your mp3 player
-open up where you have your music
-drag and drop the music into your file you clicked on to get to your mp3 player.
to upload music off limewire (or anything like it)
-go to explore
-highlight the ones your using.
-right click
-send to "My Documents"
-open that up. then drag and drop like i said above.
im am a serious needle phobic. like i know its not a fear. like if i hear someone say i need a shot or that im getting a needle or blood shot i go ballistic. like yo udont know how scared i am of them. im a 14/f. last summer i didnt need one thank god. but the year before i did. and it was crazy. they had to have 10 nurses in the room.. they had 5 on top of me..i kicked my doctor in the balls (but that was by accident haha lol) i start crying and everything and i hyperventalate to the point where they have to stop what there doing and help me breathe. liek i cant get a shot! and its horrible. i got my blood test done where they had to put the needle in my arm once. my mom hasnt taken me back yet because she was hugging me and i grabbed her hair and ripped part of it out. like i cant stand needles. what can i do to not be soo afraid of it?

on the same day so what ive been doing is. practing looking the other way closing my eyes and listening to my iPod (which your allowed to bring) also idk if yu'll do this. its acuallt kinda weird. when i get somethign sharp i kinda stab my arm with it to prepare for the pain.
edit- OH make sure its allowed where you go my mom said you can bring your iPod to almost any medical procedure. but i would just ask.

I get so scared when I babysit this kid named Tommy. Whenever I go over there, this person always calls saying, "Nice outfit," or "Is Tommy asleep yet?" I have told the parents, and asked them if anyone has called like that but they think I am joking. Assist please!
TiNA_DUH is wrong. if the person doesn't make any threats or anything the police can't do anything. all they can do is track the call. personally i would have a family member who is older than me come with me. or a good guy friend of mine. (their stronger lmao)

also i once did have a stalker who would like appear out of my windows and stuff (creepy right?) anyway. i told my mom and idk apparently she knows a cop or something? and she said that the cop said if the person doesnt aucually make a threat ;or harm you in anyway (or something like that part) all the police can do is track the call and calm you down. which is very hard to keep someone like that on the phone for a long enough time.

also jsut explain to your parents why you want to be tanned.
and i got a mystic tan (the spray on) make sure if you get that you apply the lotion very well. and shower after 2-4 hours so the tan doesnt turn orange (it happened to me) lmao.
