Hey, I love to sing, i take voice lessons and stuff so i know a lot about music, so if you have ne questions about music in singing or instruments, I would be more than happy to answer them. you can IM or email me(IM is below) I am also a poetry and song writing fanatic so you can ask questions about that too. My favourite topics are music and bois (two most difficult exciting things)I am practically happier than i have ever been but i do know what it is like to go through really rough times. I'm 14 years old, and have really bad mood swings. I get really mad over the slightest thing and my family are really getting annoyed with me. Sometimes I burst into tears but I don't know why, and it's really getting me down. Does anybody know why this happens, or can you suggest any way of getting around it because it's really annoying me and especially my family and friends. HELP!

it's ok, it is normal. Usually people get mood swings around puberty and stuff so just don't take in a lot of caffine because that really effects it. Good luck

People are probably calling you a confused chika because they are jealous that a boy likes you and it is sort of funny cuz you don't know it. It you like him, make the first move, he probably likes you too.

Focus on one spot, make sure that it is sucked as well as licked. Make it on thinner parts of the skin, so the front of the neck is easier then the back

I have two questions, and they are very important to me.

1. How can I remove the hair along my bikini line? I've tried shaving, but everytime I shave there, I get a whole bunch of little itchy painful red dots EVERYWHERE! I don't really want to involve my mother in this, so maybe you could just tell me a way I could shave without getting them? Because I'd really like to be able to wear a bikini bottom this year and not boy shorts.

2. Today is Saturday, and I was expecting my period on Thursday. It has not come yet. Usually it is totally predictable, but it might be screwed up still because last month it was about a week late. I'm not sexually active or anything, so it's not something that's wrong like that, but do you think I should be worried?

If you are a teenager, your period will sometimes not come. Like me, i haven't had mine for six months cuz im sick, some could get it from eating wrong, not enough water, or just your hormones just doing weird things. If it doesn't come within this month, tell your mom

I'm five feet six inches tall and I weigh nearly 180 pounds. I want to weigh 118 pounds again, maybe less. I have been eating a lot less but it seems like the weight just doesn't want to come off. I don't have a whole lot of time to exercise, but I try to squeeze in a walk around my neighborhood when I can!
I have 3 bottles of those Stacker 2 pills but I haven't started taking them yet. They're the kind without ephedra. Does anyone know if they work and if so how should I use them? Also I am on the antidepressant Lexapro and I heard this can cause you to lose some weight. Does that work?
Any other "miracle" cures you can come up with, well hey I'm willing to try. Just please do NOT tell me to go on the Atkins or South Beach diets!

The Atkins diet doesnt work anyway. I am 5'6 too but i weigh 105lbs. For me, i like to do a lot of situps. You could go on a run but have some music play while you run, it makes you concentrate less on running. Good Luck

In our school, we have teams that everyone is seperated on each year. We dont usually associate with the other teams. This year my best friend and I were put together...but next year, we won't be. I know everyone says that I will make new friends, but it is the hardest thing in the world, because I will never see the person that means the most to me! What can I do? I feel really empty inside...I can't live without seeing her everyday! We won't be in the same hallway or anything, not even the same classes! Now what?

Me and my best friend felt the same exact way when we were seperated in teams. After talking it over we found ourselves talking to each other on the phone about two hours a day and going over each others houses three times as much. We are closer then ever, it'll be ok
