Q: ok so my boyfriend broke up with me in december becase we had some problems. i was really mad and wanted to find a new guy. so i did and i ended up liking him a lot. lets name my boyfried bryan and the boy i like sammy. i love bryan becase he was my boyfriend for so long. so byran calls me and he says that he loves me and cant live without me. so we end up going out again. i dont know what to do with sammy becase i told sammy i liek him and i kinda do but i love my boyfriedn adn i dont want to hurt sammy. hes really nice. any ideas?

okay, i know that this isn`t the advice you want, but you have to hear it: don`t make sammy go out with your best friend. chances are, she`s gonna find out and she`s gonna feel even worse about herself because you had to bribe this guy into faking that he likes her. she`ll probably end up hurt, not to memtion mad at you for trying to pull this. as for sammy, just tell it to him how it is. say that you kinda do like him, but you have a boyfriend who you love, and that you`re sorry it has to be this way, but it`s how it is. btw, sammy probably wants something from you that you can`t even give him because you have a boyfriend anyways.

well, sorry to say this, but it doesn`t sound very good to me. the best thing you can do now is to confront him about him. let him know that you`re uncomfortable with the way he acts and find out if he`s being faithful. make sure he knows that if he doesn`t wanna be faithful to you, then you don`t want to have anything to do with him. on the other hand, he might just be wanting some attention from girls. most guys like to think of themselves as "pimps" and they like to think that they got game. just confront him about it and figure out whats going on. once you do, then you can decide where you`d like to go from there.

Q: so im pretty slim.. actually just built small.. because im a 32/34A and 16.. but im tall like 5'7. so yeah. anyway.. i hate my legs. theyre soo flabby and the largest part of my body [actually i think its kinda genetic]. regardless of the 6 years of soccer and 2 years of dance & tennis, theres more fat than muscle in my legs. and i want to get rid of that. how can i slim and tone my legs and butt? i dont want to run and stuff to get bulky muscle, i just want slimmer leaner legs.. maybe like 2 pants sizes down.

Q: So, there's this guy... He's amazing =] I've been getting to know him and I really like him. I told my friend that I liked him a few days ago. He randomly told her the other day that he's starting to get feelings for me, and she told him that I liked him too and he was really happy and we've been talking and so it's all good. he either does it because he doesn`t want to hurt your feelings, or he`s just really shy and doesn`t know what to say, my advice is for YOU to talk to him. get him alone, in person so he can`t try to avoid it, &ask him if he likes you or not, because you don`t want to be wasting your time and that you`re a big girl and it won`t hurt your feelings, but you want to know if you should move on or not.

okay, i`m not exactly positive that i know what you`re talking about, but i`m pretty sure i know. by pinching that spot on the neck, it brings the adams apple up, like when you swallow, only the adams apple stays there. that cuts off air passage to the lungs, and basically, you get no oxygen in your body whatsoever. you can make them pass out, but if it`s held for too long, you can kill someone doing that. it is possible without long term injury if you don`t hold it for to long.

Q: I am 19 years old and a college sophomore. I am 5'7" and extremely athletic. Because of sports and probably a naturally fast metabolism I get hungry for an incredible amount of food. I eat 6000 to 7000 calories a day. My friends often tease me about this. They don't mean anything by it but it sometimes bothers me when other people are around. It bothers me more when I hang around new people. How should I handle it when we eat lunch somewhere and everyone is full except me? I sometimes get hungry at unusual times and if I don't get enough to eat I can get extremely hungry when no one else is. Many people tell me to have a doctor check me for this or that. I have been to the doctor and I find this rather annoying. It is especially awkward if I get very hungry when I am at a friends house. No one will want to go out and my friend says "get whatever you want from the kitchen". I often find this awkward because no matter how understanding they are I feel funny cleaning out my friend's fridge. Last Saturday I met a friend for lunch after 4 hours of swim practice. We had a small lunch and went to her apartment. After a couple of hours I was very very hungry. I ate a cup-o-noodles and 2 sandwiches and a banana while she made me some falafels. I finished the falafels and started making another sandwich. My friend started raving "are you STILL HUNGRY!!?? - how can you eat so much? - where does it go!? - you have to tell me where it goes!!" I have no answer. I'm just hungry. I'm sorry. Actually I finished the sandwich, some chicken salad and 2 more bananas while my friend continued her questions. The fact that I had a 30 minute run before breakfast and 4 hours of swimming after that doesn't figure in to her thinking. This kind of thing makes me feel awkward and when it is in a group or with strangers I don't know how to handle it. I want to hear any advice on how to make things smooth and not feel awkward.

well, you shouldn`t feel awkward about it. you should feel lucky that you can eat so much and not get fat. i can too. personally, i`m proud of it. [= just think about it that way. atleast you`re not getting fat, right ? haha.

well depending on how much you spent, it can last anywhere from 3 to 6 months. possibly a year. this also depends on you hair. if each strand of your hair is really thick, it will come out faster. if it`s thinner, it will come one slower. [not your hair in general, each strand by itself.] in the mean time, you can flat iron it if you would like. other than that, there`s really nothing you can do.

if you go to the bathroom with your tampon in, it doesn`t affect it in any way, the holes are different. [it sounds funny, but yeah.] just don`t forget to change your tampon every once ina while.

for my first time, it wasn`t really awkward. just relax, and follow what he does, let him lead. but your arms around his neck. breath through your nose, NOT your mouth. eat a mint before, not gum, gum messes with your salivary glands and makes it worse. &try not to drool all over him. if you relax and believe you an do it and just follow what he does, you should be fine.

okay. a friendship doesn`t work if it`s one ended. if you`re trying, but she`s too busy to even try, there`s no point. either ask her to work out a schedule where she can help you out, talk to you, and still be your best friend, or just find someone else to talk to. there`s not much else you can do if she`s not trying, and sounds like she isn`t.

well, the best thing to do is just forget about him. if he`s going to play with you like this, i doubt he`s going to change. i was in your situation, and still kinda am, and i know how you feel. either try to forget about him and find someone else, or try talking to him. ask him what his deal is and why he`s playing with you like this. other than that, there`s not much you can do.
