i baby sat this little boy a few months back and i met his brother at the same time one time we were out walking and he told me that his bro had wrote a suacide letter i didnt believe him.. but i've started hangin out with his brother whos my age, when i looked for a top in his drawer i found this note book i read the first line saw it was the letter, then he turned around and goes do u mind, so i put it back, but im really worried now i dont know whether to tell him i know, just be a friend and try to help him without telling him, maybe see if i can read the letter when he aint in his room some time i duno please help!

first you should talk to him. im not sure if you want to tell someone because they might put him in a mental hospital and take away anything that you could kill yourself with like your shoe laces, i knew someone that went there because she cut.just talk to him and be a friend dont ask him a lot of questions and dont rush him into anything, like if he doesnt want to talk about it then dont.but if it gets worse tell someone immeditely(sp)

I was wondering if 13 is too young for someone to usae a tanning bed. i know it is bad for you, but is it to young. i know poepl who are my age and go year roung. i am only going for a month because i have an occatuion i want a tan for, and where i live we dont uch sun. myother question is,can i getskin canser even if i am only going a month..it is kinda late now to ask for me last day will be 2 marrow. but i would ,like to know your oppion.

first, yes you can get skin cancer even if its a month, but its a slim chance. the number one leading cancer for teens is skin cancer, because your so close to the UV lights and it hurts your skin.yes i do think your young but im not you so you can do what ever you want

i have this really good friend but lately she has been acting different. she says she cuts but i dont know if she is lying because i do cut or she really does. i asked her what she "cut" with and she said i dont remember and she like never has any marks on her. I would like a second opinion because she wont tell me if she is lying or not and i think she is.

people get bored because you make it, not to sound rude but its the truth. you have to be doing something every second because your mind might be use to a chaotic day. this might not make sense but i couldnt really put it in words

i wasnt sure which atagory to put this under but here goes. i have an eating disorder which has made me ill and i cant really eat very much at all and only eat bread now and panic so much when i have to go out and in new situations. My boyfriends birthday is in december and its his 21st so it will be a big celebration with ll his family an friends. i know its far away but ive had this illness for years and never been able to go to resturants and eat stuff cos of panic and i lose my appetite but it will be even worse this time, alot worse. i have huge panic attacks when i have to eat something. i really don know how im going to handle it. my boyfrend is very understanding about my illness and fears but i still have to go to his birhday and he's already said that so does anyone know how i can get through it? please i hope someone can help. thank you x

it takes a long time to get over something that you cant help. it might take longer than dec. i would tell someone now. your at risk to having a heart attack any time. you should just start eating a little more each week. like this week you eat bread eat day. then add a little fruit or something the next. but not the whole fruit just a bite because your body wont be use to it and it might fail.if you cant do this by yourself have someone help or go see a doctor.good luck

to get one you can go to a local sports store like i have a store called dicks i dont know if its anywhere else but they have them there and you buy the net seperate. an adverage trampoline will cost a few hundred dollars with the net, depends on what kind you get. yes you have to set it up by yourself, no its not difficult except when you first get it the springs are kind of hard. if you jump with water on it, it will stretch out, sometimes. my friends friend was jumping and her dog went under it and broke his back and died. my friends was jumping on mine and did a backwards roll off the tramp. when there was a net but i dont have a net anymore. thats all i can think of. and if you live by the ocean like in cali. the metal gets weak and it breaks sometimes so it will only last about 2 years, from what my cousins tramp. did

i had unprotected sex with my boy friend 3 months ago, ive had mild cramps in my tummy ever since i've taken 4 preg tests 2 possative then negative (early miscarrige)then today i was told to take another because it didnt add up it was negative.. they still think i had the miscarrige but now they think i've got Chlamydia!!!!! im so f**king scared im only 14 and cant take losing the baby and now maybe having this, they took swobs (spelling), i cryed the hole time, but i knew it was for the best i just dont know what to do, what will they do if they find out i have got it?? what are the symtoms anyways?? will i have to tell my mum and dad???

when you get your period you feel bloated(sp) so your probably fine, but water will make you lose some weight and make your face look slimmer, i dont know about the green tea but it helps you when your sick cause it helps that system but i forgot the name
