My cousin takes cough syrup to sleep in the day.Without internet for 1 minute I get extremly cranky and rude.Why do people get bored.Why do we always have to be doing something

I get that way too, you should try doing something else. People get bored because if we didn't, we wouldn't be able to think of exciting things like ballpoint pens and Italian noodles. We don't always have to be doing something, some people are highly trained in doing nothing and they are some of the happiest people on Earth.
