I used to be in this cooking class and they gave me a sheet on how to make pancakes. I lost that sheet and now I'm craving pancakes at 11:30 p.m...strange, huh? well, i was wondering if anyone knew the recipe..?? I know ya'll will say "google it" but i did and every recipe had baking powder..we don't have that right now..so does any one know a recipe that excludes baking powder? also, can anyone tell me how to cook it also?..THANK YOU! You dont need baking powder to make pancakes english style- its really simple, you just need to make a batter.
you will need:
1 egg
2 oz plain flour
about half a pint of milk
mix it well together, you can add more flour or milk as neccessary to make it consistent and not lumpy (but not too runny)
Heat your frying pan and add a a knob of butter. Once the butter has melted pour in the batter so that it evenly covers the pan but is less than 1/2 cm thick.
As it cooks, use a spatula to gently loosen the sides. Once they are starting to loosen gently shake the pan so the pancake moves freely. You are now ready to toss it.
If you cant toss it then put a plate over the top and flip the pan so its on the plate. Then slide it back in the pan on the other side till golden brown.
Serve with sugar and squeezed lemon!

People get bored because they have nothing exciting to occupy themselves! try aomething else- excercise is good for releasing endorphines, it will get you fit, its not boring and it will make you feel fab!

okay so it might sound a stupid question but ive got a real important football match coming up and if we win we am the champions of our league. The only problem is im on tag meaning i gotta be in the house before 8.00 its a corfu by the police. but my football game starts then i cant get my manager to change the time should i just play or what. I love the intimacy of sharing a bed with my partner, but there's no denying that we get on each others nerves. I'm a reasonably light sleeper, and he snores. I also toss and turn quite a lot and take a while to get to sleep, whereas he seems to be a sleep (and snoring, keeping me awake!) within minutes.
Are we both doomed to a life of broken sleep, or is there a solution? Any suggestion on how to get him to stop snoring or to help me get to sleep more quickly would be appreciated. (link)

it depends how much you can tolerate!
For instance- if you have never drunk before then it may only take you one, but if you are used to drinking it could take 12! You will know when you start chatting shit and have your head down the loo!
