i use advil or midol and you can also use a heating pad or take a hot shower. it also kinda helps if you bed is against the wall and you stick your but against the ball with your legs in the air.. i kno it sounds crazt but it works

okayy i have 90$ to spend on christmas presents for 3 girls and 3 boys. The girls i have picked out already and that leaves me with about 40$. I just got my braces off last week..and I received my retainer (It's the metal/wire kind)..besides gagging, is the wire suppose to be poking you in between your teeth? Is it suppose to hurt? Help!

it might hurt a little bit because of the pressure but you just have to get used to it. eventually your retained will losen up a little bit and then your orthodontest will tighten it so its back to being tight but it has to be that way to make sure your teeth dont move out of place

its a viruse that if u go on a persons profile that has it, it implants something in your television section and changes your display name to g0dofthen00se so in order to get rid of it you have to go to edit my profile and go in the tv section and delete the code then you have to change your display name back and in pending requests, delete the request to 'matt'

im in a new relationship. before we were going out..me and the guy have been friends for a year..we got reeeeally close. we have an awesome bond. thing is, things are shaky to him and hes unsure about everything. he wants it to work but hes just confused,feels cornered, wants to tone things down... i told him to stick with me and we will see..he will clear things up and in a little time he will see if he wants to stay together or not. he told me he cares about me and doesnt want to hurt me..our relationship is on shaky terms right now. i will do anything to make this work..my question to you is..what are some nonphysical things to say/do with him so we can build our relationship up? he said maybe hes just new with all this and thats all..but hes confused. so i basically have to be prepared for things to fall apart or to be ok..please help

why not try to make him feel more comfortable with you being more than friends with him. just try talking to him and maybe spend some extra time with him, without being too clingy.. good luck !

Ok, what are some good topics to give a speech on that will reach the 'hearts minds and souls of your fellow students'. I'm really tryin to think of a topic that will appeal to ALL of the audience (in this case grades 9 to 12), but I cant seem to think of anything that isnt cliche and I dont want to do that. Does anyone know something? I wont talk about rape or child abuse or something because its not really something direct to reach people with. Or how the media influences kids. They'll all be like 'Uh no, whats that got to do with us?' Do you get what I'm saying? OK, here's the deal. I am 13, and I am in 7th grade. My best friend,(9th grade) has been my best friend sence we were like 2 years old. When I was in about 2nd grade, my friend(4th grade), her brother(5th grade), played "Truth or Dare." What we did was dare each other to get naked, and then he would touch us. Well I have had a HUGE crush on him sence I was in 1st grade. This guy is in 10th grade, and on the computer he asked me if I wanted to play truth or dare with him again, but this time just me and him and i can't tell my friend. I said I don't know and signed off. I know that was him on his screename becuase he asked me in person, I pretened I did'nt here. I want to do it, but I can't let my friend know and thats very hard for me...becuase she is my BEST FREiND! Should I do it? or not? THANKS!

no.. you dont know what hell do if its just you guys. my step dad always tells me about his friends sister who was 14 years old and she was home alone with her boyfriend in the basement and he strangled her so dont do it not only that but if your friend does find out then shell be mad


she knew this kid for almost her whole life too.. he also told me about the two kids who were BEST FRIENDS and he killed her and they were best friends.. like hung out everyday
