Ok, so my exboyfriend and I were in a long distance relationship for about 2 1/2 months. Everything was going great! Since it was long distance, our relationship mostly consisted of texting and a phone call here or there. Well, he got a job and became busy, but it wasn't a big deal because we still talked at least once a day. So anyways, one day out of no where he just breaks up with me just like that. (this was about 6 weeks ago). He said it was because he was just too busy and didn't think it was fair to me, even though I assured him that I was willing to deal with it because we had sucha a great relationship. Long story short, that didn't help. Later I found out that he really broke up with me for another girl (shady, right?). So they were together a day after he left me, and it only lasted a couple days. It was literally the hardest break up I have ever went through. I eventually dealt with it and forgave him and moved on. Now, I have been hanging out with a guy that lives in the next town over. We aren't "technically" in a relationship, but it's pretty much like we are. We've kissed and hang out several times a week, etc. But now, recently, my ex has been talking to me like we used to, and he's asking me to come and visit him and all this stuff. I thought I was over this guy and now, my feelings for him are all flooding right back in. I am just in desperate need for advice. I really appreciate it!
I'm 19 and a female, not that it makes much of a difference, lol.

(sorry it's so long)

Long distance relationships are notoriously difficult to maintain, especially when you are so young and in need of physical contact. You've both already proven that by seeking company elsewhere. Your ex did the honest thing by breaking up with you as soon as someone else came along and you should do the same. Maybe one day when you live closer to each other and there are no other people involved, you can reconnect with him.

how do you loose weight fast? and on your thighs? please help, there not huge, but I want them to be a little smaller. By the way I'm a girl.

In general it is not possible to target fat loss to a specific area of the body. The best you can do is work on toning that area, and combine it with a diet program targeted to overall fat loss and you should see results.

Studies show that the hormones present in various processed and deli meats (pre-cooked store-bought meat) add fat to the back of the thighs, so consider eliminating these from your diet if you eat them a lot. Buy organic if you can, and this applies to dairy too. Avoid "white" carbs (white bread, white rice, white pasta, potatoes) as these promote the storage of fat on the thighs, tummy and butt.

What foods or some drinks(no meds) will make me poop a lot

Liquorice and dried fruit (apricots, prunes) always work for me. Vitamin C has a high laxative effect so you could consider taking a supplement. Reduce your dairy intake if possible as the calcium can clogs up the works.

My mom and I have always had a friend relationship and she has always left me for someother guy and doesn't ask to see me that much and she alway text me about her life and hardly asks about mine and just a few days ago me and her got in a fight and she cused at me calling me a B**** and that I was a spoild little brat and all I said is that I was made cus she left and has non of her kids and she still calls herself a mom and she always lied to me and tryed to play it off and i am feed up with it is it ok to hate your mom for all the shit she has put me in? Please help the more help I get the better.

Without knowing how old you are it's difficult to respond. If you are old enough to look after yourself then your mom has every right to pursue relationships with men without feeling like she is abandoning you. Even in a friendship and not a mother/child relationship, each friend needs to be able to have partners without jealousy from the other friend.

At the same time she should be taking more of an interest in you and your life so you need to talk to her about this in a calm and reasonable manner. Tell you how you feel without accusing her, say that you feel she has abandoned you and that you are hurt when she doesn't ask after you.

These kinds of arguments have a tendency to fester over time so the sooner you say something the better. She may have no idea the effect she is having on you. If that doesn't work then it may be good to take a break from talking to her for a while.

I’m a 26 year old man form India; I have a sister of 21 year old. My sister broke up with her boyfriend a month ago.
But now my sister wants to have sex with me because she is really addicted in having sex.
So will she get pregnant if she has sex with me?
Especially she wants to have sex without a condom.

It is just as likely that your sister will fall pregnant with you as it is she will fall pregnant by having sex with anyone else. However, any foetus or child that is conceived between you and your sister has a high chance of congenital birth defects and as a result a higher chance of spontaneous abortion or reduced survival probability after birth.

i'm 5'7" female, i weigh 170 and would like to get down to 140. i would like someone who works out daily and knows a good amount about diet and exercise to help me out. i've asked this question on here before, but all i got was 'diet and exercise'. i want to lose 30lbs in around 2 months. i would like to know a really great diet/work out plan that will help me trim the fat. thank you all so much.

As has been said already, you need to combine cardio for fat burning with weight training to keep your muscle while you lose the fat.

If you know your BMR you should look to create a 500 a day calorie deficit to help you lose 1lb a week. You should not lose weight faster than this - 30lbs in 2 months will lead to long term problems like eating disorders and you will likely find yourself malnourished and/or injured very quickly.

To retain your muscle while you lose the fat - and this is particularly important for women - eat a high volume of lean protein, over 150g a day. Eat about 30-40g of good fat (oily fish etc). Your carbs should be about 100g a day. Read nutrition labels on all the food you buy. Drink plenty of water and eat lots of green leafy vegetables for fibre and to help with the hunger.

As a suggested training program, do Day 1 light cardio + upper body weights, Day 2 cardio interval training, Day 3 light cardio + lower body weights, Day 4 interval training, then cycle through those and take rest days as and when you need to. Rest is hugely important as this is when your muscles recover & grow so don't neglect it. It goes without saying that you should get enough sleep.

Good luck!

Well a few years ago I remember watching this movie and I can't remember the title. I just watched part of the end but I know that there was a scene where some people are trying to break into a house with a family inside. When they let their dog outside, the bad people cut it's head off and then threw it through the dog door. I can't really remember who was in the movie but I think it was titled after someone's name. I just really need help figuring it out because that scene has been stuck in my head FOREVER.

It's Fear (1996) with Mark Wahlberg and Reese Witherspoon

I'm trying to stop counting calories because it's gotten to the point where I'm obsessing calorie content. However, I worry that I'll eat too few calories. I don't want to damage my body by not eating enough. What are some signs that will let me know whether or not I'm eating enough? I know that under-eating can lead to loss of menstrual cycle. What are some other cues that will let me know if I'm not eating enough? Thank you!

You'll be hungry, you'll lose weight, you'll be tired and irritable. You may develop a binge eating disorder.
