Q: k so me and my friends want to be the fanta girls for halloween. thing is, my mom doesnt even want me to get a costume, she thinks I should go through the costume box from yearrs ago. all the suff I wore when i was in like 4th grade. they're all too small and ugly and stuff, like witches and all that corny crap. ok soo basically because of that the costume has to be cheap. but the only one i saw was $200 each! uuh no way lol so does anyone know where i could get a cheaper one?

Q: I have an extremely bad toothache. Like i want to cry thats how bad it hurts. I told my mom and she said it will feel better in a couple days and that was 2 days ago and i feel 50% worse now. I hate dentist but it hurts so bad im willing to let them do whatever they have to to make this feel better. But i cant get to one because of my parents. Is there anything out there i can buy that will help me feel better? Ive tried oragel and tylenol but nothing has worked.

As for making it feel better until you goto the dentist, travel down the baby department and get the gel that's for toothing. It'll numb the gums so you don't feel anything.

Bonus side, you might have to get the wisdom teeth pulled out which means no school...

I won't say that you are too young - but what I will say: wait until you are more responsible financial, either if you get pregnant or to take care of an STD. A big eye opener - if you don't know where to have save, then you prolly shouldn't do it.

The truth is...nobody likes me. I'm not saying that in a 'feeling sorry for myself' way. It's fact. I work in an office where I overhear people bitching about me, where people lie about me and where they arrange nights out and I'm the only one not invited.

I can't do anything about it really because none of it can be proven and my Manager already believes the lies that have gone round about me because he's confronted me about them. There's nobody above him I can go to and I can't leave because I need the money and having looked around, I know I can't get the same anywhere else.

I can't seem to do anything right. Work is bad enough. I try SO hard and have done hours and hours of overtime, which I even refused to accept payment for because of personal reasons but I still mistakes. Constantly.

To make matters worse, I'm a complete failure in all other aspects of my life. I can't keep our home clean. I can't do a whole host of other things I should be able to do and the only things I ever really work at, I fail at and I'm so fed up of being such a loser and a failure that all I can seem to do is cry right now and not stop.

My boyfriend tries so hard to help me cope but I feel so miserable all the time and there's nothing anyone can do because the problem is with ME.

So, I guess my question is, how can I be happier? How can I stop feeling so bad about everything I seem to suck at?? And how do I find people who care about me, because other than my boyfriend, I don't think anyone does.

Unfortunately, when work is bad - it stresses you out in other areas. However, what they are doing is creating a hostile work environment for you (big, no-no), contact the HR department or a notforprofit law agency to help you file a claim.

Next, start looking for another job. Send or fill out 10 applications/resumes a week and one or two will get back to you.

Finally, calling yourself a loser = being a loser. Stop and think about what you DO have going for you. You have an income, where a lot of people don't. You have a caring boyfriend, once again - when many people worry about that too.

As for being happy, recongize who you are - start each day descibing yourself in a positive way. (You're unique, you're good, you're small, you're curvy etc), and you will start to believe it.

Q: 13/f/8th grade. i have baby-sat my own brother and sister before, but that is basically it. i am going to start baby-sitting the kids on my street and in my neighborhood. any advice on how to start? like what do say to parents, what i should have them pay, what emergency numbers i should have, anything at all?

Babysitting is a great way to make some money, have fun! A few things to get started:

Goto the local YMCA/Red Cross and certify in First Aid and CPR. That puts an extra trust factor for parents, knowing that if an emergency happens - you have it covered.

As for getting started, some advertise yourself as a babysitter or a mother's helper. Mother's helpers watch the kids when the parents are in the house and too busy (cooking dinner, taking a shower, etc).

Sign up for babysitters.com to obtain parents looks for sitter and put flyers around the area (grocery stores, community boards). $5 per hours is a good place to start for up to 3 kids and around .50-$1 per kid after that.

Parents will tell you everything you need to know: Their kids habits, contact number and emergencies numbers.

Q: So school is started again and theres this boy that im getting along with really well. we have soo much in common, come from similar backgrounds, like the same things..its intense. I told my friends i have a bit of a crush on him, so that theyd know hes off limits. I told my flirtiest friend too so shed back off, but shes going full throttle now. What's that saying? You're putting the carriage before the horse? Has it even gotten to the point that he asked either of you out or is it just flirting for now. Guys don't pick up on subtle clues, you need to mention something along the lines that you like to get to know him better.

You distract yourself by doing something new, volunteering or joining a club. Eventually you'll meet more people, become more social and have more fun.

Neither, break up with your current boyfriend. Can't go around thinking about other guys if you are attached. Can't go back to your ex, because he is already taken. Don't bounce back and forth with their emotions, history usually reflects future behavior and you could not like the ex again.

Q: my neighbors gave me an offer and they said they would pay me $5 a week if i walked their dog every day. i've been doing it for 3 weeks and they havent gave me any money. i keep bringing it up in a hinting way like "do you want me to walk your dog around noon or later on?" and they will just say"whenever you want ." my family and their family is really close since we live next door and im basically a second family to them and i dont want to be rude and be like okay wheres the money but hinting is not helping either. i want to bring up the money subject but i dont want to seem pushy or desperate or rude so what do i say?? they owe me $15 so far and i really would like the money. =/

Simply ask them when payday is, its not rude - it just keeping on track. Or hand the dog back with an invoice?

so my question isi how do i tell my parents about counsiling without like freaking them out???

They might actually be relieved. They should have notice you're grades already and made a connection with your Dad's cancer. They may not know how to approach you or help you, so its good you took the initiation to help yourself. Just let them know casually or in a letter - or have the counsler let them know if you are uncomfortable.

Q: I'm a sixteen year old read head with an extremely pale complexion and medium blue eyes. I was wondering which eye-shadow shades would really emphasize the colour of my eyes. (I'm not into wearing layers and layers of make-up. I only wear mascara and possibly a lipstick to school.)
