im 14/f...i feel like i sleep a LOT! like here's an average day: wake up around 10...take a nap from like 1 to 3 30...then get up and do whatever...then take another nap from like 5 to 6 30...then stay up until like 1 in the morning and go to bed and do it all over again the next day...is this normal or is there something wrong??? well you are getting 13 hours of sleep a day. you only need 8. there isn't really anything wrong w/ it. just sleep at least 3 hours after you eat or else your metabolism slows down (so u gain weight quickly).

I may be completely over-reacting, but I really need some advice on this;
I'm thirteen, and I started smoking a few months ago... at first it was only a fag or two when I was around friends, but now its almost like I need a few cigarettes to calm me down just so I can start studying... not just around my mates and stuff..
Problem is; I've started to get some pain in my chest, and I've let myself get into a panic by reading that section on a ciggie packet about health hazards over and over again...
and now I'm afraid I may be sick... like i said, I may be over reacting... but I'm panicky... I don't want to die, my parents are doctors!
I can't tell them, I'll get into so much trouble... and after they send me for a check up, and if the results turn up fine, then I'll want to smoke again- but they'll confiscate the pack from me... and I won't be able to... Honestly, I have so much going through my head right now, I CAN'T STOP SMOKING, BUT I CAN'T DIE EITHER??
What should I do?!

you can have the program. but, its illigal to download songs and stuff. but, you won't get caught unless you constantly download movies.
