a brilliant one to do, is to lie on your back and "cycle kick" your legs whilst tensing your abs. This works for almost anybody, and you can feel the results in just a few days!

I'm an actress. I'm in high school (as far as age goes.) The problem here is: I can't find any auditions right now. 0_o

Even if there are no auditions you should contact companies, as they are always looking for talent. You could also contact an acting agency to find you paid work. You could even volunteer to work with children younger than yourself, and help develop their acting skills.

There are many things you could do to lose weight without having to put in alot of time or effort:
- Walking a bit faster than usual (this saves time!)
- Doing simple exercises, such as sit-ups, frequently but not for long.
- Also eating a balanced diet. Try and do this steadily, and not go headfirst into being a health freak!

I can have a back-bend but slip when I do it. Today my friend spotted me for a back handspring and I did pretty good because she did like all the work. How can I learn a band handspring that will give quick results? I don't have a trampoline or mat though. :[

Practice on grass..but if your trying to improve your back handspring..pushups help because they streghten your wrists and arms..
if you stand with your back two feet away from the wall..and put your arm over your head and push them down the wall (fingertips towards the wall) which will arch your back..that will help aswell..because its the position that you do in a back handspring (same concept as a walkover)

ok so your in a cinema..don't grope him "there"...umm if its a scary movies/has scary bits lay ur head in his chest (allowing him to put his arms around you) and grab his hand..dnt call out to him..touch him to get his attention.( on the knee, arm, chest)
If your making out in a private place..then do what feel's comfortable.

I just started running again today and i stink! Im so out of shape. What are some good ways to get better at running. I need to get in good shape for fall sports. i know its far away but practices start in summer and summmer is on its way! thankss :] (link)

build up your stamina by going jogging at weekends...preferably in the morning..and you may not be able to run for a long distance without breaks, but you will improve..when i started i could run past 400 metres without stopping, now i can run 6 miles constantly. :D

So i've been on strict caloric restrictions (for weight loss purposes) for about 3 months now... And recently after a period of doing really badly (going above 2000) I returned to 1200. Now I never feel hungry- even if I don't eat anything it's like my stomach has something in it all the time that I didn't put in there. And I'm concerned that this might be starvation mode.
How can I tell if I'm in it or not?

Why does nobody realise that eating less doesn't help you lose weight? you should do more exercise..because the less you eat..the more your body takes to the fat reserves because it thinks you will be hungry at the time..so it tries to protect itself.

On your toolbar (internet browser)..click on:
1) tools, then
2) internet options, after that
3) click on, delete cookies, then ok it.
4) Then, delete files, (also tick the "all offline content" box and ok it.
5) after that click on "clear history" then yes.
6) finally, press ok right at the bottom of the internet options window :D
should solve you problems. :P
