oooh what have you been going on :P lol if you would like to just delete "certain" ;P websites you just hit CTRL + SHIFT + H and then select the day you want, find the "particular" ;P address of that site you have been going on ;P and then just right click and delete ^_^

On your toolbar (internet browser)..click on:
1) tools, then
2) internet options, after that
3) click on, delete cookies, then ok it.
4) Then, delete files, (also tick the "all offline content" box and ok it.
5) after that click on "clear history" then yes.
6) finally, press ok right at the bottom of the internet options window :D
should solve you problems. :P
