I lost all of the favourites on my computer the other month, I had the most hilarious link which I got from www.bored.com. It was an online prank (called optical illusion) where you are asked to look at the star in the centre of the page, then keep putting your face closer, and all of a sudden while waiting for something to happen a picture of a bum comes onto the screen and it says happy april fools! I am a 51 years old female and have an older brother, two older sisters, and a younger brother that is forty years old now. The problem is that all of us siblings except the youngest brother feel so unloved and hurt. The problem is that our mother wrote a will about five years ago and only mentioned our youngest brother in it. She left everything that she owned to him. He knows that she has done this and thinks that it is all okay. We have ALL been respectful and good children to our parents. The rest of us siblings feel hurt by both our parents and or brother. It is not even about money or things but about fairness. Me and my sister that lives next door to me do all of the duties for our parents. They both do not drive now. In the last week and a half we decided to let the chosen one (youngest brother)do everything that we have been taking care of for years. Both she and I feel sick about our family being torn apart because of this. Am I being unreasonable or wrong by doing this? Your advise sure would help us. I have not mentioned that my younger brother and his wife has five businesses,is building a 2 1/2 story house, has already been given by my parents 15 acres of land that has a trailer on it that he rents out for even more income. I could see if he was in need but actually we four have the least. My sister and I live in a double wide mobile home. I am happy with what I have, food, warmth, shelter, love, but can't seem to convince our Mother that her decision was not a fair choice for ALL of her children. Am I wrong?
