hey i have two questions ..
First, What are some really good ab exercises, beause track just ended for me, and i want to stay in shape.

ok- for you first question...
you can do crunches (i know boring, right?) but keep your feet on the floor and your hands behind your head like on your neck and do opposite elbow to opposite knee. like right elbow to left knee.
and when your just standing around in your room or something put your fingers behind your ears (you can grab them if you need to keep them in place) and lift your knee up and do the opposite thing again.

i got the Sony Bean and i think it's much better than an ipod. mine holds 695 songs and was only $150 (i'm pretty sure). and they seem to be easier to carry then an ipod (in my opiion) because my mom and sister have ipods :] hope i helped

wow- well My chemical romance is a great band their old and new(er) CDs are awesome so i recommened ANY of their songs.

if you don't already have an ipod... you could ask for a shuffle. you could also ask for a portable DVD player and DVD's... or like me you can just ask for a lot of stuff or the money! i asked for a lot of My Chemical Romance stuff and got it :] you could also ask for a digital Camera... hope i helped

wow you sound like me! :] well with this guy that I like he has cool long brown hair and i would always go on and on about how cool his hari was. so we made a game out of it ;) we have a "contest" where whoever touches the other persons hair first (everyday) wins and it's gotten us to be better friends! you can just go up to him when he's by himself and talk. just go over to him and say... "hey, what are you doing??" and just... talk! lol i know it's hard to find things to talk about so try music... or school... or teachers you hate! hope i helped if you have any questions feel free to drop one in my inbox xox

well if you want something simple you can dress in all pink and stick a shoe to your head, you'll be bubblegum stuck to the bottom of a shoe! or get a pretty strapless dress, (black), dye your hair black, wear red eye-shadow and black eyeliner and be Helena (like from the My Chemical Romance video thats what i'm being :) )

thats happened to me twice, and it just freaks me out. have a friend ask her what she thinks about you... that way, if you where to ask her out and she say no then she wouldn't completely ignore you and be freaked out! beleive me,it works the best (from experience)

if your parents are over protected like mine, get all pink and dress in pink from head to toe, spray bubblegum spray (so you smell like it) sitck a flip-flop on your head and go as gum stuck to the bottom of a shoe!

okay so when i wake up my eye gets like really weird.. my eyelid looks swollen but its not swollen and i dont have pink eye ..i get this about every morning and it gets so annoying because one eye looks smaller than the other! whats wrong and what do i do?!

you could have allergies, but when mine does that it's usually if i don't get a lot of sleep (happens a lot during the school year!) your eyes get kinda puffy from staying open (i suppose) so i hope that helps a little

I am covered in bug bites!!
I've just got back from Spain, where I didn't get a single bite, and within two days of being at home I am being eaten alive!! I've got 10 bites already. They're horrible itchy although I'm trying not to scratch them. I've started putting Savlon (anti-septic cream) on them and have changed the sheet on my bed. What else can I do to get rid of them? Where could I be getting all these bites from?! (link)

some good ways to make them smaller and go away faster is put ice on like each bite. just hold a piece on it until it's really cold and your fingers are numb then put it on another bug bite... this makes the redness go away and makes them smaller! i hope this helps w/you it's kind od just one answer!

i've been eith my girlfriend for about a year. alto of people might think we are to young for it, but her mom gave me the permission so it's cool.

i heard someone do this and i thought it was a good idea...
if she likes puppies then (if you have enough money to buy a puppy and a ring) buy one and put a bow around hers/his neck then on the name tag put "will you marry me?" and then leave him on your girl friends prch, ring the doorbell and walk away(like hide or something)... then when she answers the door and reads the name tag come up w/a rose and the ring! i hope that helps somewhat!

omg you sound just like me! :) well what i do, is when i first meet or even see a guy before i know i like i'm i act like my self around him, b/c i always think; i won't like him, or i don't know him, he doesn't know me. so then when i start to like them i'm already myself.
now when i'm on the computer i'm totally outgoing, but in school i'm so quiet so people don't think it's the same person on IM as in school! so when your around him just go w/some friends so you don't feel so weird. make sure they are outgoing or will keep a convo going if you start to panic or something.

ok, well it's kind of hard to explain but a good website that shows you different ways which are easy to put a tampon in and everything is www.beinggirl.com i know this is kind of scratchy advice, but it's at the end... before you get to your rear hole... i hope that helps somewhat, and the website should help

Aight, which girl should I go with? Here are my options:
-Sort of preppy, very smart, I like her, she likes me as a friend
-Best friend's sister. Sort of tom-girl-ish
-Internet girl. 2 years older than me. I like her, she likes me. We share similar interests. Don't know what country she lives in. Haven't seen her in 2 months.

ok well i hope this isn't some wise-ass answer... everyone else (i haven't read their answers) will probably tell you which one to choose, i say you shouldn't really choose the internet girl b/c seeing as your not sure what country she lives in... and about the others if you think of going out w/one person at a time then feel like that wouldn't work or something like that i would eliminate her... i'm sorry this is probably a confusing answer but i don't know how to answer it for you... but in all i would say the tom-girl b/c they have more fun ;) and if your friend is okay w/you going out w/his sister i would try that too! i hope i helped
