My sister is almost 16 and going through this stage where she thinks shes better than everyone, especially me. She's always pushing me around.. and everything she says to me is some sort of comment to bring me down. She mocks me and tells me to shut the f*** up and all this other inappropriate stuff for NO reason. I just ignore her, because its stupid to even bother arguing with someone as immature as her. But sometimes i get so mad, I just want to punch her in the face and put her in her place. I've talked to my parents and they know that she THINKS she's so hot. im about 132 lbs. 13 yrs old and around 5'1". when i wake up every morning i look really thin and good. like in a healthy way. but by the end of the day i look really fat. this happens every single day. i wake up looking good and then i go to bed looking like i gained 10 lbs. i feel like if i try to starve myself ill either stay thin or lose a lot of weight but when ever i try to i just eat like a pig no matter how much i remind myself of the things people have said to me about my being fat. help please. im desperate. thanks

Okay first thing is first... Dont starve yourself because that will just make you more hungry and dont care about what other people think of you. If you really feel bad about your weight...go on a diet nothing big just more vegetables and fruits...not to many fruits b/c fruits have sugar and sugar turns into fat.But yes diet is the way to go. Look it up on the internet they have all different kinds just dont starveyour self. Hope this helps.

Well...maybe you should've talked to your friend before talking to your boyfriend. That way maybe he wouldnt say bad things and you would have to worry less. I think you should tell your friend that youre partly sorry...just because he shouldnt have been talking about your boyfriend behind his back. Even if it may be uncomfortable to talk to your dad it seems like he is your best option. Be upfront about the whole thing...except the cutting thing (Please dont do that) but tell him how you feel about your sister and your mom tell him they are making you do things you would rather Not do.... Maybe he will let you go live with a relative for a little while... I hope this helps.

Ok, well my mom has REALLY bad mood swings when she's not on her PAXIL! and sometimes even when she is on it she completely loses her mind and cant control her temper. This ususally happens about once every month or two. But today she got upset because i didnt clean my room and she totally lost it! Well she didnt punch me in the face or anything, but she slammed my face on the floor, and was pulling my hair and was punching me on the back of my legs, and with all that happening, my lips were busted open, and i have a black eye, and it bled a little, and even make-up wont cover it completely! Also she keeps threatening to send me to live with my dad (who lives in a semi-nice house, but is addicted to marijuana, crack, cocaine, crystal meth, and he pops pills)...So i was wondering if this was considered Child Abuse.....Thanks Alot for reading this, and im sorry if its Long! I would call CPA when your mom is NOT home... She seriously needs to get help if she is abusing you like this. I wouldnt go live with your dad either... Do you have any Aunts or Uncles...who are not mean or addicted to crack...(honestly im not trying to mean) If so i would suggest you go live with them...No person or living thing should be treated like this... Concealer works for me I have to use it because i wake up at 8:30am and go to nite nite at 5:00 am its not pretty. Wash your face in the morning with some scented soap and that should help your dark circles also. Hope this helps.

Okay, well i started dating this gurl about 2 weeks ago and she is my 1st gurlfriend. We were at her house and she wanted to make out but i have never done it before and hse has amny times before. Hi im a 17/f. Im not that out going but my best friend is a very social person. She introduced me to her Older brother who is in collage. My best friend invited me to stay the night at her house. while i was there it turned out that her older brother was throwing a crazy frat party at there house whle there parents were away. Later that night after partying for awhile my friends older borther came up to me and asked if i wanted to dance. after a while he said he needed to talk to me in private. Wwe went up to his room and started talking for a while. he said how he really liked me and how he didnt care how i was 17 and he is 21. by that point i could tell he was drunk. i said "i'll be right bak" not meaning to return. i walked out of the room and went down stairs and started dancng again. about 15 minutes later he came down and said we needed to talk again. so i went along with it. when i walked in first he locked the door pushed me down on the bed and started rapeing me. now im 5 months pregnant and im supposed to be heading off to collage ona full scholorship. i really want to keep my child but it will be hard to go to school and keep a child. my parents dont want anything to do ith me so they wont help out. what should i do. keep my baby and skip out on Yale or give the baby up for adoption and go to Yale? im so confused please help!!!!!!!! I was just putting a tampon in for the first time. I was supposed to go swimming today but I just got it. It's light for now. I followed the directions on the box but it hurt sooooo bad!! I did it a second time and it was the same. It even hurt to pull it out. The directions said if it feels uncomfortable it's not in far enough. It was in far as it could go though. I relaxed when I did it but it still hurt really really bad. It hurts awhile after I take it out. I want to go swimming but I don't think I can. I used the Lites/Junior if you're wondering. I know how you feel i just started using tampons about a week ago and I think if you havent done this already you need to talk to your mom. (Tips) youre not supposed to put your tampon in straigh have it slanted at an angle thats going towards your back. I hope this helps.

I think you just have to wait. It could be in your genes and it kindof depends on how old you are. If you are really uncomfortable about the size find a bra in your size and get it padded i wouldnt really recomend you stuff your bra... Okay... Pantene really works... I used to swim when i was 8 and i hated my dry hair. You have to leave pantene conditioner in for 3 minutes then wash it out. It works... Hope this helps....

Okay I'm extremely confused. I'm a freshman in school and I have recently come to terms that I am gay and by the way I'm a guy. I have a friend who is a guy also and he comes over all the time. I am extremely attracted to him and I don't know what to do. I want to tell him how I feel but there is never the right time and I'm afraid if I do and he's not gay, he'll tell everybody about me.
