1) I want a flat stomach how do i get it and if you say cruches how many each day and if you have any other excersies besides cruches please do tell me.

pilates pilates pilates.
it works every area. and works very well.
you can go to your nearest gym, or just buy a dvd from a store.

i use "hit the spot pilates" by Denise Austin.
i dont think its really a specific video thats good, as long as you find one that has focus areas.
like, on mine, there a selection for hips, or thighs, or abs, and other places.
that way you can work on your problem areas.

i learned on a junior acoustic.
its small, so perfect for my hands, and was a lot easier than learning on a regular sized one.
im sure your local music store has guitar lessons, or you can get a dvd or books.

okay i love the Clique books by Lisi Harrison! And finally we can now audition for the books! I'm 13 years old, turning 14 in january, and i want to audition. but i'm black, and im not sure if theres even any black people in The Clique books. i dont think there were even any in the first book.. that really sucks, because like no offense but theres like a few hispanic characters in Alicia's family, and everyone else is white in the books, basically. i dont care when im reading, but there are tons of other kids from different nationalities who love the books but they cant audition cause they aren't white. im happy that im black but like theres 5 winners from the contest, for the 5 main characters, but.. none are black!! does this mean i shouldnt even try out? that really sucks.. i say, try out just in case.
i dont think it has to do with race. i know that in they book there were none explained to be black, but it just depends on what the casting director is looking for,
and if you arent what theyre looking for, that doesnt mean you arent good. you just dont fit the character.

i say, call your vet and ask.
the other day my puppy was sick, and we called our vet.
she said we could give her half of a childrens asprin.
so, definitely call him/her. she can answer any questions you have.

from past experience ive found that the only way for ME to get over someone, is to not talk to them for a while.
but i know that people are different. i might not be in your situation, but i think if i were you, and you were such good friends before, you should try and be friends now.
if you feel that you just cant be around him, without wanting him to still be with you, maybe you should take a break from talking to him.
or stop completely.

i have been looking for one this week.
we went to the pet store and found one for 1400.
we thought that was pretty ridiculous.
so we looked in the paper and most of them were about 800.
maybe thats just where i live, but thats pretty much the prices.
I think that it depends where and who you get the dog from that makes it a good pet.
if you buy one from the paper from a home, it will most likely be a good pet.
I think if you get one from a pet store they won't be as good of a pet, because breeders just breed and breed. and most of the time they end up having health problems.
i am actually having trouble finding a name for mine, so i think the ones other people have answered are very good. (:

Okay, my parents work 9-5 pretty much every day, me and my to brothers go to school but were getting out on summer vacation. I have a part-time job for the summer and my brothers are going away for the summer...My dog is home all the time by her self and we can't put her on her leash because all she does is bark, my mom has been hounding my for a year pretty much the entire time that we've had her. she always says that she's going to get rid of her but this time she is serious she had people over to look at the dog and everything, she gave me the a choice whether to get rid over her or not. I know it would be the best thing to get rid of her but I honestly don't think I can. I have no idea what i should do please help (link)

i know its really hard to get rid of your dog.
we've had to get rid of so many of ours because of the same problems.
and it might be one of the toughest things to do. and you can feel bad.
but in the end its the best thing for your dog.
he/she can go to a home where they get more attention and more exercise. (being able to go outside on a leash).
sorry if thats not really what you wanted to hear, but i think its best for the dog, if you let them go to a different family.

I always call my voicemail to continuously save them, and somehow one will end up getting deleted sooner or later. I only need to save 3, so if anyone knows a way of permanetly keeping them that'd help! If that's not possible, thanks anyway, haha. there isnt a way to save them any longer than it lets you, i wish there was!
but if you change what your voicemail says all it does is change what it says.
you keep your saved voicemails and the the settings you have.
