i've been dancing since i was 18 months. my mom accually owns the studio i dance at. i also sing. Right now i take voice lessons, i've auditioned for a few diff things. i also like drawing and music (pretty much any kind). and i like sports. basketball and baseball i like to watch b/c i cant play them (not to good) but i do like to play football.I love to help ppl with there probs. i'll try to help ya with whatever ya need! i dance at Mindy's Jessamine school of classical dance its my moms studio. its in nicholasville, kentucky. We dotn go to alot of competition jus one b/c we go durin the summer and its usually dance caravan in covington, its really fun tho. what competitions do u go to ? W/b *Kisses* Ashley

this isnt really an injury but when i walk my feet crack. you cant hear it with sneakers or slippers on but when i wear flip flops or just socks u can hear it. is there something wrong and how do i make it stop cracking? (link)

well if its not hurting then theres probably nothin to worry bout. Me and my friends crack al the time b/c we're dancers and thing us crack like our knees and junk lol. but if it hurts go to the doctor and have an x-ray to see if somethings out of place or w/e. i always take advil lol always seems to work for me. if your throat hurts take ur temp and stuf b/c u could be gettin strep throat or u jus might have a lil 24 hr thing or a cold or somethin so jus dont be yellin pr talkion alot so ur throat will get better! Hope you feel better! * kisses* Ash

hey ..ive got a real prob ...my friend lied to me about having breast cancer not once but twice and i got so fed up with her and i told her that i didnt wanna be friends with her if shes gunna lie to me ! and she said that she was going into operation to have things checked ! but a couple days later i asked her how she was and wut she was doing this week and she said working all week when she first told me that she was going to have an operation! like i said u knoe wut i dont wanna hang out with sumone whos gunna lie to me constantly ! and i hung up on her ! was i too harsh ? plz help should i try to patch things up with her ! alot of my friends smoke weed i dotn but everyone else does. and i sont like it at all. you should talk to her about it and tell her how u feel. and tell her do u realize your spending money on it now? and ask her y she does it. if she says somethin like it reliefs me be like well there are other thigns that can "relieve u than smoking weed or if shes like its fun tell her there are other things you can do for fun than smoke and that its not gonna be so fun that she gets so addicted she uses every penny of her money on it and she becomes broke.should go hang out with her more so she cant smoke. I did ask a question earlier, and i got some great advice, but i still dont know how to talk to this girl, because i am moving in about a week and if nothing happens i will probably never talk to her again. anyways, i am a guy, 15 years old, and supposedly i am this really nice guy, and i am not like most of the other guys, not like my friends that much either, but i just try to be really nice to everyone and be really helpful and caring and all that, and for this one girl, i know that i will do anything at all for her, but i dont think she knows that - and that is who i am. the thing is, is that, there is this girl that is really really nice and fun and exciting, like no one else i have ever met or known, and i really like her, and admire her and look up to her and all that because of who she is, she isn't like the other girls that much either, and she doesn't like the dating idea, so that doesn't work well because i can't ask her out, and i asked her to maybe go on a walk with me, (i sent her a letter and called her on the phone), and i dont really think she has it in for me or whatever, and i just really want to tell her how i feel, i just want to let her know that i care about her and that she is very special to me, and all that, but i want to say it face to face to her, because i think it means more that way. so far i have called her and we talked a bit and i think she liked it, i think it was a fun conversation, but it really didn't mean anything, just a fun little chat, and at the end of it i told her to get back to me about going on a walk or something, but she just said okay and sounded like she really didn't care, and it has been a week, i have waited to see if she will respond, and she hasn't contacted me at all, and i decided that i'll probably just go to her house a couple days before i move and talk to her that way and tell her how i feel, but i was just wondering if i could get some advice to see if there are any other ways or what i could do, thanks a lot to anyone who gives me any advice! k almost every guy i've liked drinks. if u think u can handle him drinking if you all date then go for it b/c he probably wont stop drinking unless he likes you a whole lot. i mean i've tried dating a guy does drugs (i hate it when guys do drugs) and it didn't work out. Or u could move on and i knwo its hard but u could find a guy that is much better and who doesn't drink. Its better to find a guy that fits to what you looking for. If u dont want a guy who drinks you should find one. Thats what i've done i look for guys who sont do drugs and its worked out alot betetr for me. My parents are always telling me to deal with it b/c he has innatentive A.D.D. Their always yelling at me for stuff he does and I don't know what to do. I recently found a poem at my school of some girl who wanted to do suicide. I didnt know what to do so i did nothing and i regret it som much- knowing i could have, just maybe done something to prevent ther suicidal and then in my schools avice column i read some girl talk about how her friend cuts herself and how she used to but stopped. Whenever i read about suicide, i feel guilty in thought she killed herself. How can i feel better? (link)

even though u could have done soomethin dont think that it was ur fault she died maybe if u even did talk to her she may of still done it. i've talked to many ppl who have thoguht bout killing themselves or who are cutters or ppl who O.D on pills to committ suicide the best thing to do is to talk to an audlt about the situtation a conselour or someone even if it doesn't seem like a big deal whether they talk bout it through a letter or jokingly in the end they could end up hurting themselves. But what u can do to make urself feel better is to get involved in some programs to help kids be aware of teen depression and suicide and what they should do if they are ever caught in the situtation that u were or know someone with that type of problem. or u could even go to support groups and talk to ppl who undergo depresssion and help them with there problems and everything and it really helps them out. Well if i were u i would go talk to my school counselor b/c they can help u get a job if u have the grades. And i'm in high school and there are classes where u can be a tutor and get a credit for, i mean at least there is in my school. u could also post flyers and stuff like around ur neighborhood and in a library. but i think the best thing would be to go to a counselor b/c they can give u ppl to go to and stuff like that. i've done this many of time before. i jus got over a really tough crush and it was really hard for me. i mean me and this guy talked every single night til like 2 in the mornin lol no joke and i mean we became so close and we really clicked then of course stuff happened and we fell apart. i still liked him at the time and we hung out and were really close friends. but i knew that we were not gonna get back together. this made me very upset but i mean i had my friends there to back me up all the way. a few weeks later this guy called me and asked me on a date and even tho i was still havin feelings for the other i still went. Now i have a whole new guy who is really great and the last guy now that i look back i'm glad i'm not with him b/c now i see that he's really not for me i found someone better.
