My parents are always telling me to deal with it b/c he has innatentive A.D.D. Their always yelling at me for stuff he does and I don't know what to do. My dad said that whenever my brother hits me that I have permission to hit him back but whenever I hit him he just keeps on hitting me back and then I stop and he keeps on hitting me and my parents tell me to leave him alone and I do its just he's the one who's bothering me and I don't know what to do!

is he older or younger? how old is he?....i'm gonna guess he's older. hitting isn't gonna help ne b/c he's jus gonna hit ya back. And i know how it is with add b/c i thik my bro has it to. he's always yellin in stuff so i mean i yell at him back and it makes him feel bad but then me and him apologize to each other. have u ever tried talkin to him?
