Advicenators discussion: Favorite Hobbies

AngelofMercy wrote Thursday April 17 2008, 11:55 pm:
Ok, so my newest favorite hobby is playing Guitar Hero. I have all of the series.

Other than that I am a total crafty person. I am also working on making chess pieces out of polymer clay for a mosaic table. The chess pieces are shaped like hershey kisses, with the crown and all that stuff on it. It is fun but difficult.

I used to love badminton. Now, my butt laughs at me when I sprint for the shuttlecock. Oh, well. I guess I am now bound to do things on my booty!!

I read as well. My favorite right now is Lori Foster. I also play Guild Wars. I love the heck out of that but I got burned out on it, and needed a break.
TheAnnie wrote Saturday April 19 2008, 9:15 pm:
Lori Foster? Which book?
AngelofMercy wrote Sunday April 20 2008, 10:32 am:
We may be here all day. Let's see... I started out last year reading Murphy's Law. Then, when we got our income taxes, I bought Fallen Angels and Hard to Handle. I decided I really like her books so I went on Amazon and bought all the SBC fighter books (Causing Havoc, Simon Says, I am wanting to say there is at least one more, but can't find them right now) Unexpected, Never Too Much, Truth or Dare, and Jude's Law. I read all of those since February. Then Friday I bought Impetuous, Say No to Joe, Too Much Temptation, and When Bruce Met Cyn.

I love reading her books. My other favorite author is V.C. Andrews. I have been reading books by this author since I was 13. Even though some of the content could be considered to risque for a person that young.

Are they in a series orjust multiple books?

What does she write about? Like her style?

Maybe, I'll go to the liberary and check some out. Hurray for summer reading!
AngelofMercy wrote Sunday April 20 2008, 10:44 pm:
Well, there are series and stand alones. Of course, I didn't find out there were series until it was too late, so I read a lot of the books out of order.

She is normally romance/mystery. There are some very steamy spots in the books. If it was a movie it'd be rated R.

I read all the time!! So, I am not looking forward to summer, because my kiddos will be home all the time disturbing my reading time.
TheAnnie wrote Monday April 21 2008, 1:09 am:
ahh, i see.
