Advicenators discussion: Am I The Right Weight? ductape_n_roses wrote Wednesday August 8 2007, 3:37 pm: Easy simple way to find out:
5'0" - 100lbs
From there, add or subtract 5lbs for each inch.
Obviously, you'll subtract 5lbs if you go under 5'0" and add if you go up from 5'0"
I'm saying that you should be AROUND that weight. If you go 5lbs under or over, you're frigging fine. Don't go:
I'm 5'5" and I weight...126 lbs! Am I overweight?!?!?!?!?!?!
You're not.
If you are way above but you don't at all look fat, well, here's your answer:
Muscles! They weigh more than fat.
Unless...you don't exercise. Then, well, hmmm, have you checked your pockets? Maybe someone slipped a stone or two in there.
When do you weight yourself? In the morning before you consume anything and right after you wake up.
Also, there's this handy dandy thing called a BMI. It's free and there are thousands of sites that lets you use BMI calculators. It's easy and you just type in "BMI Calculators" on Google.com
There, it didn't kill you. But, if you think it will, here's the link:

I swear. Google is like a foreign language to them. They see it and they're like wtf? Although I must say that I'm not an expert at finding stuff online, but I do google stuff when I can instead of coming here and asking "Where's Virginia?"

I find myself finding random stuff on there when I'm bored. And it's most of the times better than Googlde because it combines a bunch of sources to give you direct, clear, somewhat simple answers. We should tell people to Wikipedia it instead of Google it. Haha LOL_x0x wrote Sunday August 12 2007, 4:37 pm: I prefer Wikpedia myself. ductape_n_roses wrote Monday August 13 2007, 2:55 pm: Wikipedia. Haha. I like typing that.
Wikipedia. Wikipedia.
I'm weird.
Google confuses me at times, though, because if you type in something, it gives you a long list of sites with related info, butttttt all those sites may have completely different info that contridicts one another about ONE single thing. ductape_n_roses wrote Saturday August 18 2007, 1:25 am: I don't know my google wel..
