Ok, ok, I'm dumb and British, but what's a goober? Chicken_flavored_eggs wrote Wednesday June 14 2006, 7:08 pm: Hehehe..
A goober is a silly way of saying dork. Instead of saying...
"You're such a dork."
You can say...
"You're such a goober."
They are also a candy (peanuts covered in chocolate)
Don't worry, you're not dumb, I can't understand half of your brit speak. lucretia wrote Thursday June 15 2006, 4:38 am:
Thanks! It's true.........none of my American friends understood it when I had a quiet(and entirely immature) chortle at the name of one of our favourite bands, The Rogers Sisters( "rogering" is slightly vulgar brit slang for having sex,-often , oddly enough, used in combination with the adjective "royal" as in "I gave her a right royal rogering".) Matt wrote Wednesday August 15 2007, 4:12 pm: Right royal rogering? Those crazy Brits, what will they think of next?
