 okay, i dont like my friend that much any more and she is really sensitive... i dont want to be friends with her any more and she ALWAYS hangs around me. What do i do?

Well, get your friend involved into group activities, and help her to make friends with other people. Eventually, she will stop hanging out with you. If she still sticks to you, slowly detach from her, and she will grow on to other people.
