Why my PC can't install uploads?

I do not why, but my PC can't install updates. PC shows me some problems there and that i must reload PC. I doing that and then the same - happened nothing. What's wrong?

Please explain what error message you are getting when "my PC can't install updates" so that we can attempt to help you. The error message is the key to explaining the problem and the solution to same.
