A centimeter since we became talking is fast, yes. Keeps you on track for an inch and a half or more every month. You'll soon have long and healthy hair which you can style just like the photo. And very nice it will look too. It's growing all the time, even while you sleep, of course. We seem to arrived at a good working plan, don't we? Lot's of care. Avoiding heat treatments to dry and style. Avoiding anything too 'chemically' in terms of shampoos, conditioners or styling products in favour of high-quality natural products, like the coconut oil etc. Wash out salt water or chlorinated swimming pool water soon as possible. Adding extra conditioning products after long periods in hot sun. And always brush it out well before you sleep, and don't have it tied up or back while you sleep. Plenty of exercise. The outdoor walking is great, as we said. Fresh and often sunlit air, which maintains a good hormonal balance and that always helps a woman keep healthy hair and clear complexion. Eat well, natural, healthy, good foods high in nutritional value and vitamins. And some carefully chosen vitamin supplements, which can definitely help in the autumn and winter months when we naturally lose a little vitality and condition. (I reckon we have an urge to hibernate over winter and wake-up in spring, like a squirrel or something. I'd happily do that if I could mate!). We talked about watching the doses. I'd assume you have a good metabolism anyway, based on what you've said about that naturally quick hair growth and an active lifestyle, and we don't want to provoke any needless anxiety attacks, do we? A supplement you might look at is cod-liver oil capsules maybe? Modern, good quality ones don't leave any after taste, and I promise you, no chance of a sort of 'fishy-breath' either. It's a very old product, and has no known unwated effects I've ever heard of and very good for hair condition. The name sound a bit gross I admit. Just keep up the good work, the results will show. And regarding the diet and exercise parts of the plan, you'll really feel and look great all over, not just your hair!! ]
