hi.so im trying to figure out my activity level so that i can calculate how much to eat and theres sedentary,moderately active and active.im not sedentary.i walk 4-5 days every week for 1hour and 30 mins at a very fast speed,and i do 10km hikes saturday and sunday. is that considered moderately active or? i tried looking it up on google but every site said different things and confused me.thanks for the help :)

Hi.

Continue to what you are doing because what you're doing is healthy. Don't totally believe in websites regarding what to do with your health. You are the only one that can know whether you feel healthy or not. =)
