Three tastes

I have three tastes, the third one developed it self when i was at the age of 15, now am 26.
I feel nothing on the third as if it's not part of my body..

Do you mean testes? As in testicles?

I've not heard of this before, but I would definitely suggest going to a doctor. If I had to guess I would say you might have a tumor - likely benign if you've had it for 11 years with no ill effects - but it should still be examined.
