Starting workout routine again!

Question Posted Saturday July 19 2014, 9:32 am

F:18

So I'm starting back up with my work out routines and I wanted to start using protein powder. I'm a vegetation so it's already hard enough getting protein in my system so this would be a great way to get it while working out in a regular basis. My question is what type of protein powder should I get? I'm wanting to get well defined muscles (I'm a female but I want pretty defined muscles). I don't know if there are protein powders better for women or for begginers? If you know anything about this let me know :)

The best thing for you to see a nutritionist if you can. They should be able to give you accurate information and good advice. Or you can look it up online. Make sure you research the ingredients too. Look up benefits and side effects. Good luck.
