electronic cigarette side effects

i know cigarettes are bad for you but i want to smoke anyway. are there any side effects to e-cigs and do they get you as high as real cigs?

Real cigarettes do not get you high. They contain nicotine which is an addictive substance, that is why people continue to smoke even when they want to quit. I do not believe e-cigarettes are AS bad for you as the real thing but they have not been proven to be totally safe either. You can still develop a nicotine addiction if you smoke e cigarettes that contain nicotine. The real question is, why do you want to smoke? It is really nasty and it makes you smell bad! Most of the teens I come in contact with think smoking is ratchet!
