This all depends on whether your hymen has already torn or not.
If not-then yes it'll probably hurt. But then I wouldn't worry too much because
a) Its got to happen at some point
b) The pain is only like sharp but also feels nice-so its not all pain pain pain
c) The guy will know if he's torn your hymen or not and hopefully, will be gentle. Tell him to stop if the pain gets too much.
The second time does hurt still-tbh so does the third fourth and fifth. But not as much. Try and relax and not be nervous and tense down there and it'll hurt less
