I kinda like this boy. He keeps sending me mixed signals. he teases me and playfully pushes me but then he does make fun of me. Also he is my best friend's brother.

First of all, how old are you? If you're in elementary school then I have been in this situation before. Not so much in high school. Sometimes a guy will do those things if he likes you. Guys show emotions differently and they don't always know how to express it or don't want to seem too sensitive so they follow up the playful pushing with teasing. My advice would be to wait it out a little bit, see how it goes. Just make sure if he's making fun of you and actually hurting your feelings, let him know. Best of luck!
