Firstly no your wife most definitely will not fall pregnant if you are having anal sex, as a women's anal isn't connected to get cervix or womb what so ever so i wouldn't worry about that and she probably bleeds due to not enough lubricant or due to how you are having sex, for example position, how rough your going ect. But it is nothing to worry about a few women can bleed by having intercourse in this area it is normal but if it continues after a certain amount of times or length of time then i would advise to go to the doctor just incase she has piles or something.
