i was looking online for acne remedies and i was eager to try this because its quite new to me and i want to see if it works but i dont understand the instructions :(

I looked under acne massage but it isn't found separately because any kind of facial massage will help. One should be energizing and encourage good blood flow to the head and face. So heres a video on that.

I believe that we have problems throughout our body when the lymphatic glands are not working well enough to remove toxins from the body. There are massages that address massaging the lymph glands, that should help with any face related issues.
And for the actual lymphatic massage, I like the video by a non professional because she made it easy. I followed along and my face was tingling with blood flow after just a few strokes when she recommends 25 reps on each piece. So its not complicated or time consuming and this is probably the best massage you can do for acne. give it a try and let me know how it goes for you.

After such a massage, drinking lots of good water is important. And along with this, a healthier diet is important as well. There is no such thing as one technique or change that will get totally rid of acne, but several different things.
