I want to add weight

Iam too slim 4 my likeing so I bought this medicine xasten ,I dnt knw actually weather is working or not cause I'm still slim I want to add.

First check with your doctor to see if you are too skinny. If he/she says yes, ask how you can gain more. Some ideas are to add more calories to your diet or build more muscles.

3 meals a day and the odd snack should help. I am talking toast or cereal for breakfast, a sandwich and some fruit or snack and a cooked dinner should help plus a pudding.

You can try eating protein bars. I know many people who use protein bars to bulk on muscle or gain weight. It's easier and has a better taste.
