Hello. Me and my bf had sex and my prriod.was due thursday but i recieved it on tuesday of last week. So in other words i was early . The first two days i had more blood then the other 3 . I havent had any signs of pregnancy and he didnt cum in me at all . So theres no chance of me being pregnant . But ive never had a period that wasnt very heavy . Could it be caused from.other reasons ?
This all depends on when you are fertile. Most women, about 80%, are fertile from the 7th to the 21st day of their cycle. Meaning this is the time your ovary will eject an egg for fertilization. The other 20% of women can be fertile at any time even during their period. This is why it is important to know when you are fertile. You can by a kit at the drug store that will help you determine when you are fertile.
To say your boyfriend did not cum in you is somewhat of a misnomer. All men during intercourse emit a precum. The precum acts as a lubricant and mixes with your vaginal fluids so there is no way by looking at him afterwards to know that he had an emission during intercourse. He need not ejaculate in you as this emission has enough sperm in it to make you pregnant. This is why if you are going to be sexually active you need to either be on birth control or have him use a condom. I recommend doing both. The condom is a second form of birth control and is defense against transmission of many of the STDS, though not all, and the HIV/AIDS virus.
If your boyfriend has had unprotected sex with anyone else in the past. Then by having unprotected sex with him you are having sex with any and all those he has had sex with and those who they may have had unprotected sex with before him. If he is uncomfortable using a condom then no sex. When I was your age the girls had a slogan, "No rubber no lover," and they meant it.
Hopefully you are over 14 years of age. If you are a federal law called HIPPA grants you medical confidentiality over your reproductive system. What this means is you may ask your doctor from birth control without parental permission or you may visit a Planned Parenthood clinic to get birth control. You do not need parental permission and drug stores must sell condoms as well if you are over 14 years of age. This is federal law and no state may supersede a Federal Law. All you need to say to any doctor is the word HIPPA and they will comply. IF mom is with you she will be asked to go to the waiting room while you confer with the doctor. Being pregnant & still having a period is not unheard of, but it isn't common. ALWAYS have him use a condom. It is VERY easy to get carried away.
If you intend to be sexually active,
you should consider going to a free clinic, health department or planned parenthood and getting birth control pills. You can get them free or at a very small fee. Much better that the constant worry. [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
