I used to get on with my bestfriend so well, now it's like shes turned into an evil bitch. I'm nearly 5 months pregnant, so I can see how that slightly affects her because i can't go out and drink or do the crazy shit we used to do. But when she comes over to hang out, shes honestly the biggest bitch ever. She always asks if she can HAVE my stuff, uses my laptop all the time (she brings her own to use so she doesnt have to annoy me for mine and still uses mine), and everythings always about HER. I told her that my boyfriend was moving in, in 3 weeks and she went all "we're never going to get to hang out because he will get angry".
First off she doesnt even know my boyfriend like that, so she can't even respond and say he will get angry - because I know hes not a controlling freak that will make me be with him 24/7.
I don't know if it's my fault shes like this because I'm pregnant and I am most certain that I am not being hormonal or bitchy towards her.
I feel as if shes just using me when she comes around for food and the use of my internet...
I am sure she didn't mean that you're boyfriend was controlling, She may have meant it in a way where it may lessen the time she can spend with you which generally, When people are in a relationship and live together they don't always have quality time on their hands.
Anyone can be pregnant but sometimes it doesn't quite register to some that you are actually expecting a child. Your friend may not realize that you are stressed and busy, Although it may be obvious of course, Sometimes people just need a reminder. You should try to tell your friend that you are stressed and have a lot going on right now. If you need a break then just let her know that you aren't feeling up to handing out, If you need help with things then ask her for help. If she IS using you and doesn't seem to value your relationship then now may be the time to say something kindly instead of waiting until your baby arrives. I would talk to her about it first and see where it goes from there. [ Xui's advice column | Ask Xui A Question ]
