Losing weight

I want to lose 15-20kg and ill starting going to the gym 5 days a week,ill eat more fruit and vegetable,drink plenty of water,cut junk food and i want to know how long will it take me to lose the 20kg,? Now i weigh 75kg.

It depends on how hard you train gym. If you will really eat and drink what you promised, you will easily lose 2-3 kilos a month. If you do cardio every day in gym, you can make it 5 and even more. Шэв recommend consult with personal trainer first about the weight and diet.

There is not way to tell how long it will take you to lose the weight. It depends on your body and how fast your metabolism is going. If you maintain eating healthy and going to the gym, you'll reach your goal, just don't expect it to happen straight away. Working hard = The greatest end result
