I am 13 years old and I am applying to high schools currently. It can be really overwhelming, if any of you know what I mean. The high school process can be quite harsh. I have been stressing so much lately, its actually affecting my health. Could anyone help me with dealing with high school stress. Getting in applications on time, tests, high school visits, tours etc.?? Btw I've got a test tomorrow and I barely studied for it, any advice on that? Should I cram it all in or just rest and go with the flow? HELP!

I think you should stop worrying and just distract yourself. Worrying won't solve any problems, it will just make you more stressed. About the tours, you will for sure get a tour on your first day there. All the teachers will be there to help point out where your classes are. Don't worry!

I think you should read your notes or a chapter in the textbook about it but, don't cram all of it because you will get really stressed and with everything else going on you will most likely forget. Study a little during classes. Good Luck! [ teen's advice column | Ask teen A Question ]
