If this question is related to a job application or an interview question. Then they are asking what courses you have taken that might make you of value to the position you are applying for.
Some of these courses would be different types of computer courses such as CAD CAM and others including all of the Windows and Office systems. IF you have taken a technical or vocational training course this two is what they are looking for.
Generally any course that would be outside the normal course of study for high school or college. Other course that would fall into this category would be Emergency vehicle operator, EMT, Paramedic, courses you might have taken in the Military or for previous employment.
All of these things tells the prospective employer a great deal about you. Considering this question I would say you may not have much to put in this area at this time. Do not be concerned if you do not.
