To clean your vagina, proper term for your sex organ, during your daily shower just plain soap and water is all you need to clean the exterior of your vagina. The interior does not need cleaning. If you do feel the need to rinse it out plain water is all you need unless your GYN tells you to use something else for some reason.

The interior of your vagina has a delicate ph. balance. Using over the counter douche's will upsets this balance, is not recommended by doctors as it can do more harm than good, unless they recommend you do so for medical reasons.

If you feel the need, which you should not, to rinse out your vagina. Then plain warm, not hot or cold, water will do.
