Boy Problems
So there’s this boy I have liked for over 4 years now! Evan when I have been in a relationship with someone else. We used to be close for 2years, practically best friends but then he told me that he like me at least twice a year, and even though I did like him for some reason I couldn’t bring myself to commit into a relationship with him. Because I have rejected him so many times it has been really awkward between me and this guy and I want to make it less awkward but I don’t know how? And I have recently got with him at parties, but I feel it doesn’t mean anything too him anymore, and he is very popular with all the girls, I have told him that I like him but he doesn’t seem to care. But at parties he tells me how all these over girls don’t compare to me, but I think he just saying that, or he dose like me?

You guys have just made it complicated and made it into a game. You both are just going back and forth. He likes you, then gets over it, then you like him, ect.
Who knows if he likes you at this point. He seems interested because he does say that other girls don't compare. If he doesn't seem to care when you tell him you like him, he probably just doesn't care or is trying to play it cool.
What you need to do is have an honest conversation with him. Tell him you like him, and ask him how he feels for you. At that point you'll know whether he wants to be with you or not.
